Checked in on a rainy day, water leaked from the roof into the centre of room . We noticed the water collection right when we entered the room and the guy who took us to the room just mopped it and went leaving just a wet room. I'm not blaming him, seemed like he couldn't help more. It's totally unacceptable that you can't notice and address such a fault before deciding to give such room to a guest. After we informed them that water is leaking from roof, it took ages for one to come and see. Later they offered us another room. We were almost fed up with our smelly half cleaned room,with mosquitoes and insects already in and the room was small like a cell than room. So we decided it's not the place for us and left. At the front desk was a receptionist who looked so busy with phone like a receptionist of a government office!! The only good thing was the beautiful view far away but to enjoy it immediate surrounding has to be nice, actually it was terrible. I request the management to go into a room and have a look at dirty balcony, hardly cleaned window glasses.
