This is the best hotel we have stayed at in Sri Lanka. Beautiful cottages in the middle of the jungle will give you unforgettable memories. You can observe monkeys and other animals in their natural conditions. Plus a swimming pool for children like adults.

Wonderful experience!!! Definitely recommended, clean, delicious and extremely nice! If you need some relaxation and time out in the middle of the forest, this is definitely the place for you. We had a big bungalow with monkeys on the balcony and beautiful parrots in the trees.

We had a one night stay at a cabana. Earlier it was fully booked,but Mr Dumindu was so kind to inform us when one is vacant. It was a very different experience. The hotel is located in an amazing surrounding. There are two pools,one is a natural pool, the other one also has a unique appearance. When you are in the cabana you will feel you are living in the jungle. The bird park is also a different experience. Meals are tasty. Restaurant staff is so helpful. Most importantly from the restaurant you can have a great view too. All the staff is very kind. Rooms are spacious, clean. Highly recommend the place.

It was a lovely stay! The food was absolutely amazing and NON of the dishes were disappointing. The place is absolutely beautiful and is an escape world to those who like the forests. The rooms were clean and the views were spectacular. Definitely visiting again!

it was really a wonderful stay at Arangala Forest Lodge with our Baby Girl. We stayed in a Cabana room which was a feeling that gives we are in a forest. The staff was very helpful throughout our stay and they were really doing job well done. Also specially the quality of the food is really good as well as a good selection of the menu and we glad that they were really helpful to delivery every meal to our Cabana. 😊 Credit goes To F&B. Its the ideal place to go even with a baby and they have a nice bird park to visit that give our baby a real experience in seen birds. ❤️ also they have a swimming pool as well as a natural pool which is located in the middle of the forest. Again thanks to all Staff members for your service and specially for Mr.Malintha for maintaining such a beautiful property like this. We will recommended this nice place to everyone. 👍

Great place to visit. They took good care of us. Very friendly staff. Natural beautiful surroundings. Cabana Rooms are a must stay. Natural pool was really nice. Visited their bird park with the kids. I Highly recommend.

Checked in on a rainy day, water leaked from the roof into the centre of room . We noticed the water collection right when we entered the room and the guy who took us to the room just mopped it and went leaving just a wet room. I'm not blaming him, seemed like he couldn't help more. It's totally unacceptable that you can't notice and address such a fault before deciding to give such room to a guest. After we informed them that water is leaking from roof, it took ages for one to come and see. Later they offered us another room. We were almost fed up with our smelly half cleaned room,with mosquitoes and insects already in and the room was small like a cell than room. So we decided it's not the place for us and left. At the front desk was a receptionist who looked so busy with phone like a receptionist of a government office!! The only good thing was the beautiful view far away but to enjoy it immediate surrounding has to be nice, actually it was terrible. I request the management to go into a room and have a look at dirty balcony, hardly cleaned window glasses.

It is a wonderful place! The staff were really friendly and the service was great!! We booked a cabana and it was one of the best we ever had stayed in.Must say something on their food. Meals were very delicious and more than sufficient portions.with the view and the location,it is a wonderful place to stay.
