Hotel muy bonito, decoracion con encanto. Atención muy amable por parte del chico de recepción, que además nos recomendó sitios geniales donde comer/ cenar. Habitaciones incluso para familias de 5, cosa que no se suele encontrar siempre. A un paso a pie de los lugares de interés. Muy contentos con la experiencia.

Habitación cómoda, buena limpieza (aunque faltaba ventilación del dormitorio) trato amable. Falta una persona de mantenimiento para solucionar pequeños desperfectos. Demasiados elementos decorativos que dificultan la movilidad en la habitación.

Hemos estado un grupo de amigos este fin de semana. El hotel fenomenal en todos los sentidos. Habitaciones con cama inmensa y muy cómoda. Mucho calor en las habitaciones. Laa decoración preciosa y el personal muy atento. Gracias por todo

I was looking mainly for a good location on an overnight stay in Aranjuez and found this hotel - which provided both of these and fantastic service. OK must admit, I looked at location and reviews when booking and was a bit concerned when it popped up as a 2* hotel when I got directions on google (that's hotel class not rating)!! I usually filter by 4* and up on the booking/search sites - but may well lower that in future based on the stay here! Hotel is in a great, quiet location just a few minutes walk from the major attractions of Aranjuez and plenty of places to eat/drink in the evenings (may not seem like that when you arrive). It is a wonderful quirky style and if you are used to the chain hotels a refreshing take on decor etc - no tea/coffee makers in the rooms, but complimentary water etc and after a long drive I was made a very nice coffee in the lobby so no real problem! I was able to park on the street outside for the duration fo the stay and breakfast (only €6 I think) was nice, fresh and simple and served in the courtyard for me (others were inside) The standout feature was the incredibly helpful and friendly lady (I AM SO SORRY I forgot your name!!) who handled everything from check in/out, to the coffee to breakfast and also helped me with my daily "I'm trying to do this in Spanish" language lessons.

Hotel súper recomendable, cómodo, bonito y con un trato exquisito. Volveré a ir sin dudarlo porque me he e sentido como en casa. Tiene un desayuno muy bueno y una estancia muy cómodas y con una decoración ideal. Calmados cómodas al igual que el baño.

Hotel muy caro para lo que ofrece, pedimos una habitación doble la cual era enana sin apenas enchufes y el baño sin puerta ni cortina, es un hotel muy ruidoso, si vas a descansar no te lo recomiendo ya que se escucha todo, tanto si pasa gente como las habitaciones de al lado. Rematamos con el desayuno el cual te cuesta 8 euros y te ponen 1 mini croissant, 1 mini palmerita, 1 pequeño zumo(de bote), 1 tostada enana con un tomate,ni embutidos ni mantequilla nada y un triste cafe, todo por 8 euros que me parece un robo. Sin duda no repetiría por el precio que pagamos me iría a un hotel con mejores referencias

La habitación perfecta y un ambiente muy agradable y muy rústico. Aconsejo este hotel a toda persona que pase por Aranjuez ya que no se arrepentirá. Únicos « fallos » para mí son que el espejo del baño esta un poquito bajo y que no hay enchufes al lado de la cama.

Lugar con encanto y excelente trato , la única observación que haría es sobre el desayuno , poca variedad sobre todo fruta y bebidas vegetales si te gusta desayunar saludable .Atención excelente , limpieza buena , cama muy cómoda , en el centro de Aranjuez .

No wifi in room (101) No toilet door (just a curtain) No light in shower!?! No door into shower room. No banister on parts of stairs (Health&Safety) No lift. (not mentioned in description) A great, quirky, boutique Hotel/hostal, Let down by basic amenities, What a shame.
