They charged full amount to us without stay. I reserved June 30. But I can't stay that day because it too far from Malatiya. I made wrong reservation it is were located in Malatiya. So I asked to Trip.Com service counter help us and they contact with Arapzir Nazar Hotel. But they reject my request and charged full amount.
I think they should charged 10 % more or less. It hurts my mind to the Trip.Com.

Arkadaşlarımızla ufak bir Seyehate çıktık ve nazar otel ile karşılaştık. Çok güzel butik bir otel ilgi alaka muhteşem odalar ferah geniş temizlik konusunda da çok iyilerdi. ayrıyeten İşlet** sahibine ve çalışanlarına güler yüzlerinden ve anlayışları için çok teşekkür ediyoruz
