Péssima experiência, quarto sujo, com cabelo, melado de copo/garrafa nos móveis de canto, poeira, banheira suja.
Empreendimento nao tem o minimo de zelo, procedimento, etc.
Nossa noite que era pra ser especial, foi um caos, e, nem sequer recebí uma retrataçao por parte da gerência.
Araras merece melhores empreendimentos.

Já estive várias vezes hospedado no hotel e sempre atendeu as expectativas. Possui estacionamento privativo para os veículos, bom café da manhã, quartos confortáveis, limpos e bem arrumados, banheiros espaçosos, limpos e com uma ducha relaxante. Bem localizado.... fica no centro da cidade e quase perto de tudo........ A Equipe do Hotel é atenciosa e educada. Check-in e Check-out rápidos e sem burocracia.

Quando fomos tomar banho a agua do chuveiro estava gelada em pleno inverno rigoroso de araras. No começo eles foram solícitos e depois que saímos para dar uma volta, para eles arrumarem o chuveiro, fomos super mal tratados quando voltamos a reclamar da temperatura da agua, sendo que tivemos que tomar banho em outro quarto em vez deles trocarem a gente de lugar.

Tudo muito bom 😊 sem muita coisa a reclamar, mas está na hora de trocar os lavatórios dos banheiros pois esse com coluna da uma dor na coluna para poder utilizá-lo, hotel no centro da cidade perto de tudo, que compensa sair da BR para pousar, café muito bom, estacionamento não é no prédio mas está a cinquenta metros bem pertinho, em dia de chuva ☔️, bom atendimento e bom preço.
