I did not stay in the hotel as they refused to allow entry to the person accompanying me and used some abusive language while talking to me and also the booking was not getting cancel-led so my money was wasted.

The hotel was good, hassel free check in/out. Rooms are spacious and clean. Good food in the restaurant and they also packed for our onward journey. Overall nice stay.

Had to take a halt while my long travel from mumbai to sikkim and was a bit apprehensive about the hotels in that location. But to all my surprise, the hotel was fabulous and the staff was great. Nice room, great menu and they even catered for my quick breakfast for early check out. Good experience and warm wishes for the staff.
