Very friendly staffs. Amazing View.

We extended our stay because we enjoyed the resort very much. You can get good value for a river cruise and forest trek from tuk tuk drivers outside the resort

This is really my favorite hotel resort in Haile! ! ! The view is particularly good I met the driver I love here He took me to konso and trumi Love it so much! Always love it here!

I love the smiles and the excellent services the staffs offered starting from the airport pickup. Ms. Hiwot was giving an excellent explanation of the places while going to the hotel. Excellent reception upon arrival and our stay for six days. Sisay from room service, Eden, Atetegeb, Mesfin, Hiwot at the Restaurant and all the staffs I came in contact with have show great services. I highly recommednd Haile Resort Arbaminch for your stay

The hotel has an amazing staff, from the hostesses, waiters and waitresses, guards and even the housekeepers. The food is so amazing and you also have a wide variety to choose from, the rooms are well kept and clean, you’ll extremely love it here ❤️

In August 2024, I and my family had the opportunity to spend quality time at the Arba Minch Haile Resort. The welcome and hospitality of this resort was beyond my expectations and experiences. From welcoming us at the airport on arrival to driving us back to the airport after wonderful days in the phenomenal Arba Minch, Haile Resort team members have shown us how much they care for their guests. The hospitality at the resort is second to none. Everybody is well behaved, always smiling and willing to give. It is very rare to find everybody in an organisation being equally welcoming and happy to give the best service ever. Adding to the best services at the resort is the location. So peaceful, green, well maintained, highly secured and accessible. The view so refreshing and life enriching. Hence this resort excels. For me, the experience at the Arba Minch Haile Resort was exceptional and non-comparable. I am well-travelled and have been across the world and have been in many high-end hotels on many occasions. Yet, the team members at the Arba Minch Haile Resort were extraordinary, highly professional and by all standards the best ever. I feel they are happy in giving the best and consistent services ever. As the saying goes, “In giving we receive”. All I can say is, keep excelling and delivering. Thank you to everyone at the Haile Resort Arba Minch. You are the finest ever.

It was a great experience with family. Starting from the hospitality, the food, the view, the rooms, steam and souna, swimming, the fresh air, the security.....I literally have no words. Mostly the area where it is kept at is amazing. It's just to good to be true!!!

Terrible experience almost all of the hotel staffs were trying to sell their trustable a car with driver or they could book through them otherwise it is not safe to travel in the country unless they provide one and the customers tell me names also but for the staff seek I don’t mentioned their names this the specially the receptionists never expect this from them I am a local tour company based in Arba Minch and I am very sorry

Reception was excellent - Hiwot received us with a great smile at the airport and gave us some helpful explanation of the place on our way to the hotel. Bethlehem and Atitegeb gave us an excellent welcome with a smile and Ethiopian hospitality on our arrival at the hotel. On each day of our stay, our experience at the restaurant with Sisay, Mesfin, Hiwot, Eden and serving the traditional coffee Zenebech and others was excellent. our heartfelt thanks to all of you for your beautiful service and great smiles. I highly recommend Haile Resort Arbaminch for your stay - you wont regret it!

The staff are on the best staffs I have ever seen they are so polite and respectful. They greet you with a smile in the morning and they are always open to questions. They have amazing fasting options. Haile Resort should be your number one choice when going anywhere.

The customer service and there hospitality is great the rooms are nice the view is incredible they work till midnight its family friendly the spa is good too....but I recommend you eat else where the food isn't that good ..its fresher in the cities

The service was filled with warmth and Ethiopian hospitality. The lead waitress/supervisor, Mihret, was incredible with the kids. We celebrated my son’s birthday as if we were surrounded by family. The rooms were impeccably clean, and waking up to the stunning view of the two lakes Abaya and Chamo was breathtaking every day. This was one of the most unforgettable family experiences we've ever had with the kids.
