Repas samedi 16 mars Bouteille de Vin déjà ouvert et pas bon Fondue au 3 fromages fade au possible Nous demandons du jambon blanc, apparement il n’y en avait plus nous n’avons pas eu une tranche chacun Et le pompom! On nous propose des gaufres au nutella… on s’attendait à une gaufre maison on a eu une gaufre de paquet de gâteaux au sucre avec du nutela par dessus. Une honte Heureusement que le cadre est jolie

This unique experience was a very good one, with a warm welcome from all the staff, but a very cold night sleeping! The night didn’t start well as there was no information about the meeting point given in the booking email but I did recall it being given somewhere during the booking process and couldn’t remember exactly where. Luckily the staff called me and we were able to join the group on their walk upwards towards the hotel. The welcome at the hotel included a room and hotel tour, which included how to use the sleeping bag. One point that was missed out was that the sleeping bags have an extra insulation section at the footwell which might have saved my feet from freezing during the night! We were very impressed by the ice carvings. The dinner was ample and good, and the breakfast (at 8am) too. The toilets were clean and almost without smell, with zero smell in the middle of the night with a gale blowing through! The bed was comfortable, lighting in the room ample, and headlamps were provided. We slept with full snow clothing in the end, even though advised against it (as the sleeping bags are supposed to be suited for very cold temps). All in all a very good and recommended stay. Thank you to all the staff!

Serveuse très gentille et souriante, même lorsqu’il y a du monde. Choix au niveau des boissons et possibilité de prendre des snacks. Magnifiques sculptures sur glace à l’intérieur. Lieu cool avec de la musique et des chiliennes + bancs en bois. À faire et à voir.

Une expérience à vivre au cœur des arcs 2000. Nous avons passé un chouette séjour verre de bienvenue, visite de l'iglooet ses sculptures de glace, nuit + petit déjeuner. Nous y avons bien été accueilli, nous recommandons l'expérience mais bien couvert!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment même si nous avons eu quelques péripéties de report et de risque d annulation et pour ca je remercie Maxime qui a été extraordinaire. La fondue a l'igloo était délicieuse, l ambiance géniale. À faire absolument si vous venez aux arcs. Mon ado de 16 ans et la fille de 10 ans ont littéralement adoré.

Une nuit dépaysante dans l'igloo, un accueil au top, un apéro, diner et un petit déjeuner délicieux dans la glace. Sans oublier le paysage, à couper le souffle et le levé de soleil magnifique. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Extraordinary evening, great value for money. Everything was delicious, the sculptures, the cocktails but also the mix board (charcuterie/cheese). The two Sachas, our servers for the evening, were very attentive while giving us a lot of information about the place. You absolutely have to experience this!

Honestly, when we booked a frosty aperitif in this igloo, I told myself that we were going to a tourist trap. Once arrived and settled in we were very well received by the staff, the setting is really nice, the cold meats and the beer impeccable!!! I highly recommend this magical place for a great evening!!! Congratulations to the whole team who are available and attentive.
