Ho prenotato in massaggio thai tradizionale come regalo al mio compagno. Inizialmente mi confermano via mail per un massaggio di coppia, non richiesto, ma poi dopo una seconda mail confermano il massaggio thai tradizionale. Il giorno della prenotazione arriviamo, personale molte gentile, ottima accoglienza, quando il mio compagno esce mi dice che il massaggio non era tradizionale ma con olio. Chiedo quindi spiegazioni e mi viene detto che la ragazza ha sbagliato a leggere la prenotazione e si sono scusati. Un po' amareggiati scendiamo in quanto avevo prenotato anche la cena, ordiniamo e, sorpresa! Il cuoco thai non c è e quindi non possiamo mangiare thai! E nessuno ce l ha detto! Sono dell' idea che le strutture interne dell' hotel debbano parlarsi tra di loro e saperle queste cose! Quindi alla fine è stato fatto un massaggio diverso dal prenotato, abbiamo mangiato cose diverse da quelle sperate...e che aggiungere...forse dovrebbero prestare più attenzione al cliente...non sempre la gentilezza o il buon servizio alternativo possono sistemare una giornata che di fatto è stata mezza rovinata!

Pacchetto "Fuga romantica" già utilizzato anni fà stavolta però camera standard abbastanza malandata (niente cassaforte, lampada bagno bruciata, lampada sul letto staccata) la volta precedente era vista lago; zona wellness a pagamento la volta precedente era compresa, massaggio THAI sempre spettacolare e rilassante, cena THAI con tempi lunghissimi pur non essendoci una grande affluenza (1 antipasto, 1 primo, 1 secondo) "2 ore" il caffè l'ho preso al banco per stanchezza. Peccato il posto è sempre spettacolare e la struttura magnifica anche se mostra i primi segni del tempo

Convenient to have the room in support, but it's not practical to go through the entrance in slippers and a bathrobe 2) MASSAGE AREA: very nice, the massage was super relaxing. THE WET ZONE is intimate, small in size, the fact of booking a place and relaxing after the massage is excellent, I don't know if it was intentional but personally I found the Turkish bath not 'humid' enough, the internal tub decidedly very hot while the a little chilly outside. 3) RESTAURANT: tried the Thai menu, definitely tasty, compliments to the chef, excellent service. To be recommended.

Very nice place and certainly gives an immediate feeling of relaxation and peace. However, it's a shame about the spa which was a bit of a disappointment for the price paid. In the hydromassage it was almost impossible to enter and then stay there for more than a few minutes, given how hot the water was (and I am a person who loves very hot water), emotional shower with aroma therapy, without aroma, nothing came out with no aroma selected.. Ditto for the water made available for drinking, complete with a sign to select the flavor and.... No taste, except simple water from the bottle. Turkish bath in the dark except for a few microscopic faint lights here and there. Only the swimming pool and the view of the "garden" in front are worth saving. The formula then included tea in the designated room but which, if I hadn't asked for it, no one would have told me and once there, tea served in paper cups because the cups were all on the tables to be collected (where there was no no guests seated)... After our tea in paper cups, they evidently realised, cleaned the tables and the people who arrived after us were served in the cups (very cute in Thai style). Too many small negative things to make us want to return..... Too bad!
