Generally a nice hotel. Staff & Service were excellent. Apparently they only have AC and no heating. Last week in LA it was cold and rainy and my room was cold in the 60's. I hade to request a plug in heater to get warm. Not good from a hotel charging $185 per night and I have never experienced this at any prior hotel. A wall Thermostat should be able to heat and cool, not at this Embassy Suites. They need to resolve this issue as I'm sure I wasn't the only guest that felt cold.

I came back to the hotel room one afternoon around 3pm. the door was not closed all the way. Upon arrival, the did not take Google pay. Has to be a physical Hilton honors card which I was not notified. They told me the reason being that the card I registered during reservation did not go thru. But I was not notified of that. I only know that my reservation was successful. I even called the hotel to make sure of the reservation. So I spent over 400 and could not get points. The refrigerator did not work. My food was spoiled. They replaced it, or fixed it the day I told them. But it was too late. They should have made everything in working condition. It's not my job to check everything when I check in. I did not notice the broker refrigerator until 2nd day.

Great location and hotel. I originally stayed at the Courtyard Marriott down the road, and it was horrible. Old, outdated, and way past its prime. I reached out to the Embassy and they were able to get me a room the same day. The hotel was amazing, and I will only stay at this hotel for now on when I'm in the area.

The Embassy Suites property was clean and close to shopping & dinning. Check in was fast and convenient, staff was friendly and professional. Had a great stay. Will stay at this location again!
