Starting at checkin there were issues. We did want a handicap room and we couldn’t be moved to a regular room.
The front desk clerk lied on my wife about her response to not being able to switched.
There was a eratating sound all night long though out the hotel and when I called the front desk about it he lied again saying it would be fix only to be awakened with the same noise.
When we checked out early the next morning we found out the it was something that couldn’t be repaired right away and the morning clerk said he knew that.
Last when we checked out we discovered the same clerk canceled the reservation for the rest of the week without letting us know.
We will never stay at that SpringHill Suite Hotel.
Dissatisfied!!!

Loved their gluten free breakfast options, also their mixture of meats. Continental breakfast could use more fruits. Staff was friendly especially front desk both checking in and out congratulated me on graduating. 10/10 services cleanliness and amenities.

Had a very nice stay. Rooms were large and clean. The staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay again close to alot of places to eat.

A nice hotel to stay for family vacation. The room is big and can hold up to 6 people. The breakfast buffet is very enough for a grown man with various food, suitable for most of breakfast styles. The staffs are helpful and kind, they are always greeting with smiles.
