Staff is nice, hotel room is basic, like any motel 6 I’ve seen

It’s really a standard one-star hotel! There are no facilities, no refrigerator, no hair dryer. Although the floor has no carpet, it will get damp and sticky. The room is very small...

The room was too small, there was no space at all, and the bed was too soft. I woke up with soreness in my back. I will never choose Motel 6 again in the future.

The only advantage is convenience

Clean and helpful staff! The bed was comfortable and the heater worked without any smell, unlike so many other budget chains. Only downside was tiny towels but that’s so minor. We always love Motel 6 for their pet policy!

I spent five nights here and will stay again the next time I’m in the area. It’s cheap, quiet, clean, and the free wi-fi was more than sufficient to read/respond to email and to watch YouTube videos The location is convenient to Pasadena to the west and to lots of restaurants just a mile or so to the east. On the minus side, the mattresses suck. I assume they’re those memory foam things, and both were well past their expiration date—uneven and lumpy. While I slept well anyway, a more discriminating sleeper might want to pass. The cleaning staff did not come in to change towels or sheets during the five days of my stay, but that’s how I live at home, so no biggie. Also, would it kill them to give you a bit of shampoo? All in all, though, I liked the place. I’ve stayed in other Motel 6’s and this one is far better than most.

Check-in/out is friendly and usually very fast. Rooms are clean and simple. Multiple pet areas around the buildings. Area is usually quiet. This location has been a great pit stop for my travel for several years.

I was pleased to find the room very neat and tidy. Surprised there was no shampoo - but I had my own so I didn't ask if they had some - and the bath towels could be bigger. They were quite small and well-used. I will stay there again if I am in the area.

The room next to me was having a loud, screaming party, with a fist fight violence bleeding .went on for 10minutes, no security,no staff doing anything. Cops showed up 15 minutes. Did nothing. Party resumes lasted till dawn . Uhhhhhghgghhh.never again,you get what you pay for. Spend a little extra stay away from the lowest cheapest..

I booked a second room right in there lobby. The front desk girl would not help. They had plenty of vacancies. Then the put my second room on the other side of the building. The bathroom stunk of smoke. Had to change rooms, they made it seem like it was my problem. Horrible customer service.

Bad: The room smelled of cleaning products when I arrived and it was hard to air out because the window doesn't open. There were tiny flecks of poop splattered on the wall near the toilet. The bathroom was moldy and damp. The bathroom tile grout was stained and dirty - the caulking was moldy and needed replacing. I could hear everything being said in the adjacent room. Good: The room was tidy and organized when I arrived. Staff was kind. It was generally quiet around the building. The TV, lamps, vending machines, air conditioning, etc. all worked. Overall: I would look for other options before I booked here again.

We checked in and one to find that the rooms linens were stained and there was a dead cockroach in the bathroom.

Noisy room on the street side. Unit above was noisy at night. Key cards had to be re-coded several times.

Room was clean, staff was helpful and friendly, towels and pillows could have been better.
