We hebben een heerlijke high tea mogen genieten in het net nieuwe gerenoveerde hotel/restaurant. Alles ziet er netjes uit en personeel is vriendelijk. Ze waren net 1 week geopend. Alhoewel dat er vroeger nog een opvang voor Oekraïners was, hebben ze alles mooi verbouwd en opgeknapt.

Als je geen waarde hecht aan hygiene en niet te veel wilt betalen is dit een prima hotel. Medewerkers zijn vriendelijk. Vooral de jonge ober in het restaurant heeft duidelijk plezier in zijn werk. Echter de kamers zijn echt smerig. Haren van andere mensen. Stof en spinnenraggen. En beestjes. De omgeving is werkelijk prachtig! Maar het hotel heeft wel een opfrisbeurt nodig.

Old hotel, bedding too soft, constant noise from fans in my room. Restaurants good but too expensive! Half an hour at the table before having a server! Mosquitoes crushed everywhere on the ceilings! In short, not terrible at all considering the price of the room!

I stayed for a night and have to say that the hotel is highly overpriced with bare basics. The pillows are really big and uncomfortable, the heating didn't work properly either! Not the best of experiences I must say.

Friendly staff, that's not the point. The hotel is on a very noisy road which is quieter at night. The rooms are shabby at points, the floor covering downright dirty. It is extremely hot in the hotel. Hotel is in need of extensive refurbishment. Until that happens, they'll never see me again.

This hotel is definitely not worth 4 stars!! Dirty and dirty. Old, dated, wallpaper from the walls, mold in the bathroom, dust on the ceiling, no proper ventilation, .... Also staff was not too friendly. Beautiful area but certainly a bicycle or car necessary given the location of the hotel. They will never see us here again!

Unfortunately, having a drink in this hotel is not an option! At 22:30 we (and 6 other guests) received the announcement that the bar will close. The grumpy employee indicated that she did not intend to wait for us until we finally go to bed. I understand that you can't stay open until the middle of the night, but sending all your guests to bed at 10:30 PM because you want to go home yourself can't be done. Catering is allowed to open until 00:00, so that rule should have been observed. The hotel rooms are old, dirty and dated... Where they got the four stars from, no idea. We won't be coming back here.

We were visiting one of the most beautiful areas of our country. The Maasduinen. We had taken up residence at the local Fletcher hotel for this visit.
