A estadia foi muito agradável. O pequeno almoço é bom, no entanto como melhoria, as máquinas multi opções ( café, leite, chá, chocolate.... etc ) poderia ser uma melhor opção. Os espaços e quarto muito limpos. Espaço agradável de esplanada.

Estávamos para ir aos Arcos de Valdevez, faz bastante tempo, mas nunca mais acontecia. Há muita oferta hoteleira, mas escolhemos este muito mais pelo enquadramento, que é fantástico, sossegado, com uma vista soberba sobre o Rio Vez, no entanto no centro dos Arcos de Valdevez . Gostamos muito das instalações, da simpática e diligência com que fomos recebidos. Sempre absolutamente simpáticos e solicitos. Vamos voltar em breve

Correu tudo bem, hotel agradável, staff atencioso e simpático. Apenas o ar condicionado do quarto não estava a funcionar bem, o que resultou numa noite um pouco quente. Pequeno almoço agradável, faltava um queijo fresco, mas estava tudo bem, com uma vista lindíssima sobre o rio.

Penso que este hotel, poderia evoluir mais, tem imensas coisas a melhorar. Tem muito potencial. Desde do cheiro de corredores, quarto. Apresenta um clima saturado e abafado e mau cheiro na canalização. O SPA, não tem regras as pessoas falam alto, não é proporcionado uma água de sabores ou chá, como é normal. A higiene do mesmo deixa a desejar. Deveria ter música ambiente, calma propicia ao descanso. O Banho turco não estava a funcionar. Não existia funcionários no local para averiguar a situação. O ginásio é claustrofóbico e não tem equipamentos necessários, falta de higiene no mesmo. Parece um lugar esquecido. O lugar de estacionamento não é gratuito, mas sim de acordo com a disponibilidade. Deve claramente, ser adequado ao cliente com sinceridade desde da marcação. O restaurante não tem disponibilidade para todos os hóspedes fomos obrigados a sair do hotel. Check out, demasiado cedo, e o seu prolongamento demasiado elevado. Pontos positivos: - Colaboradores simpáticos e profissionais na recepção; - Hotel central e bons acabamentos; - Piscina média com características interessantes, a desenvolver.

Beautiful, quaint hotel. The views are delicious. The beds are to die for. The adorable boutique touches were appreciated. The fifth star would’ve been if sufficiently staffed, someone attending reception 24/7 as promised, housekeeping actually cleaning rooms, laundry/sitter services as promised, etc. Staffing clearly lacking. Overall, very promising hotel.

Hotel lindo, bem localizado e pessoal bem preparado e simpático. Ganhamos um upgrade do quarto. E a vista era maravilhosa. Era meu aniversário e fizeram uma linda surpresa deixando um espumante em nosso quarto. Obrigada a todos pela excelente estadia e pela surpresa que prepararam. Adoramos tudo.
