Our stay would have been a lot more enjoyable if we had hot water to shower in the evening. Let the water run for about 5 minutes to see if it would get warmer. Was super frustrating!

Their hotel personnel gets an easy 5 stars. It was a smooth check-in and the ladies at the front desk were very nice. In the morning, the breakfast lady was also very nice and very accommodating.
My only issue was our room (#310) doesn't have hot water coming out of the shower! I'm not sure if this is a problem for the entire hotel but I had warm water for a good 3 mins and then cold water came out that I had to hurry up and rinse on very cold water!

Everything was great about the stay until we found out that my daughter left a sweater and a jacket…she called the front desk around 5 pm and the front desk clerk gave her a run around, wouldnt go check the room, didn’t help in any way, told my daughter to call back in 20 min.

They located the jacket and sweater, but the front desk wanted her to come on Sunday to pick it up. My daughter said she was coming by before she left town. The front desk clerk did not want her to come until Sunday….why? Just rude

Very nice hotel, room was exactly as described and met all our expectations. Front desk staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful. For us, the hotel was in a great location; close to our highway & close to a number of good restaurants. Our room was clean, quiet and everything in it worked. Can't say enough about the breakfast - lots of variety and the hot food was regularly checked for temp and quantity. Quality of all the offerings was way above average.

Contactless Check in & out was perfect. I love the shampoo and conditioner and soap provided. Bathroom floor was very clean along with counters and bathtub.
Beading area was clean and carpet. Overall, 10/10
