"We stayed at the hotel in the last days of May to celebrate my partner’s birthday. The facilities were amazing, but unfortunately, the room was extremely noisy as it was located right next to the breakfast area, with constant movement and noise throughout the day. It was far too expensive for a stay where we couldn’t get proper rest. Additionally, some of the power outlets in the room didn’t work, which was very inconvenient. The staff didn’t offer any recommendations or take the time to explain the hotel’s amenities upon our arrival. Overall, I wouldn’t pay that amount again for a room and service of this standard."

"What a stunning location!!! Yes if you stay at son ermita you have to plan to get a ride to and back from the sister property son binidufa but that is a small inconvenience and they are very very good at being prepared to take you back and forth. The ease of communicating with staff on WhatsApp is great. The team really tried to meet our every need and arranged a great private boat excursion. For example they noticed it was two female friends staying in the room so they swapped one of the larger room slippers to a smaller size for my friend and also the larger size robe. Pretty amazing! The interior design is amazing and you can tell the owners thought of every design detail from the hardscape/landscape to the interiors. There are awe inspiring views of countryside or ocean all around the property and some awesome hiking trails from the property. It was a very peaceful place and the night sky was SPECTACULAR. Highly recommend and I hope to go back!"

"Great location with access right onto the beach. Please be aware that nothing is open at this time of year. Not until May. Maybe two restaurants and one bar in the whole area. We struggled to find even a supermarket the first few days then one opened across the road which was good. The hotel atmosphere was quiet at this time of year. No entertainment, bit of music at the bar. We were lucky to have good weather. The hotel was nicely maintained and clean, staff were very friendly and reception were helpful in hiring a car. Pool cold but a few brave folk went in. Room was nice, asked for a kettle and received one , and the room attendant Yesi was very nice, friendly and always did a good job. The food in the hotel was good, could be a little hotter and maybe could do with more coffee, tea, hot water machines as one always seemed to stop working. Also some blocks don’t have a lift. We would definitely come back to this hotel but not in April."

"The location is very quiet and is secluded. The rooms are very disappointing as they are very small with barely enough room to unpack everything. There is no separate bathroom and therefore very little privacy when showering, we waited outside whilst the other showered as we are mother and daughter and like some privacy. The car park is not close to the hotel and accessed down a very poorly lit ( at night) track. We used the torches on our phones but then requested a torch which was much better. Staff will collect you in a buggy if you don’t mind waiting a few mins and if you get their attention via an intercom at the entrance. The resort is immaculate and breakfast was good but not amazing. The main pool has plenty of loungers but does not have a shower to use prior to entering or leaving the pool. The pool at our room is small, and lots of flies etc are attracted to although it’s cleaned daily we also had to keep on top of it. Fresh cold drinking water is supplied freely and staff are very friendly and cannot do enough. This hotel doesn’t warrant 5 star due to the size of the rooms, very poor access paths, small pool, no privacy for self care, more like 3 /4 star and it’s just very expensive for what you get. "
