The staff are lovely and very helpful in all areas of the hotel. The place is very clean and the room I stayed in was perfect for all our family. However the English channels didn't work and other guests said the same thing. The only reason I say this is because everything closes at 11pm in the hotel so they is nothing else to do. The restaurant had a good choice, however the food was very similar everyday and what should have been hot wasn't on several occasions. All drinks are served in plastic even if you are sitting on the terrace, however if you pay you got a glass. The kids club was perfect for us as gave us a few hours break, however the entertainment at night was more aimed at the Spanish residents. There was no real atmosphere around the pool or bar area ie background music shame really as a nice place to chill. They do offer a free bus service to the beach, again most is closed or closed down so very difficult to get anything unless you go to the nearest town which is about 30 minutes away. Overall was good for a family break but we personal wouldn't go back to this area

No le he puesto el 5 porque siempre queda algo mejorable, a mi criterio, en el caso de este hotel 2 cositas: el baño de la habitacion es un poco estresante, para entrar a la ducha es un poco “estrecho”, y el otro “pero” es que falta un poco de extraccion en el comedor, en la parte de la “plancha”

Una estancia de 10 sobre 10. Limpieza i atención por parte del personal. Buena comida de buffet, aunque durante los 10 días mucha repetición en los platos. Situada al sur de la isla, permite moverte per ella sin problemas. Mención especial para Samantha, atención, simpatía i profesionalidad.

Séjour très agréable, hôtel bien situé, personnel accueillant. Chambre familiale au calme avec une belle vue sur la mer. Restaurant avec un large choix au buffet. Samantha est au top pour l'accueil et le service. Belle plage située à 900m de l’hôtel. Hotel idéal en famille.

El trato del personal es excelente . Desde recepción,personal de limpieza, personal del comedor, el arrocero que es un crack. Maria Cuenca excelente persona y muy profesional. Samantha Diaz, un encanto y también muy profesional. Siempre atentos a todas nuestras peticiones.La comida fabulosa, muy bien presentada y abundante Muy recomendable. Somos un grupo de doce personas de Rota, Cádiz.

Tuvimos un contratiempo con una suite premium familiar. Olía a humedad, y había pared desconchada..rápidamente nos cambiaron a una suite premium más grande y sin problema. Atención de todos los profesionales muy buena. Limpieza muy buena. Comida buena, aunque para 5 días el bufett algo repetitivo. Nos ofrecieron si volabamos temprano abrir antes el desayuno y en recepción nos hicieron recomendaciones de excursiones sobre un mapa muy buenas. El parque acuático y piscina en marzo cerrados como es normal . A nuestra llegada y por la temporada había un 90% clientes de vacaciones de imserso. Pocos niños, pero en general muy buena experiencia.

He de decir que hemos ido muchísimo a comer en el buffet de los domingos, durante un par de años y he de decir que hemos ido hoy domingo, cómo inicio te temporada y nos hemos llevado una decepción muy grande…, hay que destacar que el personal que trabaja allí, es una maravilla, súper amables y atentos como siempre que hemos ido, así da gusto!! nuestra sorpresa tan desagradable ha sido la comida, tanto en calidad como en cantidad y variedad, pésima se podría decir…, pero el precio el mismo que el año pasado 22€/pax., realmente me parece un abuso y tomadura de pelo, han perdido a unos clientes asiduos y seguramente no seremos los únicos…

Nos toco una habitación con un olor nauseabundo y persistente que provenía del lavabo y se comunicaba con la climatización. Además, no actuaron cuando explicamos el problema, ni nos ofrecieron un cambio de habitación, que hubiera sido lo suyo. Falta de consideración hacia el cliente. Al quinto, tras insistir, nos pusieron un ambientador que aún empeoró la situación. Asimismo, el sofa casi impedía la salida a la terraza. Una experiencia mala en cuanto a la habitación. El restaurante y la ubicación del hotel son correctos.
