Limpieza y comida de calidad, acogedor y familiar . Te solucionan , cualquier contratiempo y si no te gusta la comida se preocupan en agradarte,mi hija con discapacidad ha sido la princesa ,todo el personal se ha volcado en ella ,para repetir sin dudar

Estuvimos varios días y faltan estrellas para calificarlo. Habitaciones, limpias, con preciosas vistas en una zona muy tranquila. La magnífica playa de Áreas a 150 metros. Sanxenxo a 10 minutos y Pontevedra a 30. Excelente señal Wifi y parking gratuito y sobre todo el trato familiar y correctísimo de Jorge, que hace que tu estancia sea muy cómoda y agradable. Siempre pendiente de todos los detalles. 100% recomendable si vas por la zona.

Hemos estado 5 días, con 4 perros, el personal del hotel ha sido muy amable con todos nosotros, nos han ayudado con la información para visitar sitios y nos han hecho la estancia, cómoda y fácil, nuestros perros estaban encantados con ellos.Todo muy limpio, impecable. El sitio está en muy buena ubicación, hemos ido a Santiago de Compostela, Pontevedra, Vigo, combarro(ferry de mejillones por la ría), La Toja y Arousa, todo muy cerca. La playa a 150m del hotel es preciosa. Un acierto con este sitio, nos ha encantado!❤️

En el anuncio indica claramente que posee 'aparcamiento en las instalaciones', esto no es así. El hotel no tiene aparcamiento propio ni se puede aparcar en las inmediaciones.
El personal, aunque amable, roza el acoso, preguntando constantemente y apareciendo por cada esquina para preguntar qué tal y pedir disculpas por lo del aparcamiento.
La habitación, aunque amplia, está muy anticuada.
La cama muy incómoda, el colchón más duro que he visto en mi vida.
El baño oscuro, lúgubre y los azulejos pintados de.. morado!

El servicio de cafetería para el desayuno horroroso.Pedimos tostadas con aceite y tomate y pasaron más de 20minutos desde que nos trajeron el pan hasta que nos trajeron el tomate con lo que el pan se quedó frío y duro !!! Pésimo servicio!! Eso si de precio muy bien
