Bad misadventure on the first night of stay, with double bed and pillows completely invaded by MATTRESS BUGS! Something that absolutely must not happen!!! Location of the hotel with a beautiful sea view but an old structure and not suitable to be qualified as a 4 star. TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

As soon as we arrived we immediately understood that it had very few 4 stars. We booked a room at the price of 160 euros per night and were terribly disappointed. Upon entering the room we immediately noticed a strong smell of humidity and mold which absolutely did not help us sleep (thank goodness we only stayed one night).
The bathroom wasn't great either, as the shower pressure was very low and the sink drain was rusty. The only positive note was the view from the balcony where you could see the entire coast.
As for the hallways, the carpet was dirty.
The breakfast, however, was nothing special and the service non-existent.
It's a shame because at the reception they were very kind and helpful (Marco).
I absolutely don't recommend it!

Two small moles don't make me give five stars; there are too many stairs not served by elevators and therefore even transporting a trolley is difficult; the breakfast buffet is plentiful and good but there is no possibility of having a coffee or cappuccino made by a barista and not by electric machines

I stayed at this hotel on a warm and sunny weekend in October. Equipped with a large private car park (which is not common in Liguria). It is located on a promontory above Arenzano from whose rooms the view extends as far as Genoa. The welcome received at check in was friendly and very helpful. The rooms are modern and very spacious also equipped with a living area with sitting area, minibar and food warmer. The beds are large, equipped with double pillows and comfortable mattresses for a relaxing sleep. The Hotel has a large swimming pool on the top of the structure from which you can enjoy a 360 degree panorama and a smaller swimming pool where you can enjoy an excellent and complete breakfast with quality raw materials. Furthermore, from the large swimming pool there is access to a private funicular that connects the hotel directly to the Arenzano seafront. During my stay the funicular had a technical problem which the management immediately remedied with a shuttle service carried out excellently by Fabio. I will certainly return in the future to enjoy the wonderful swimming pool.

Nice Hotel. Parking is tricky. Pool Nice looking. Breakfast Buffett excellent! Staff helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and had a nice view of the sea.
