Brutta disavventura la prima notte di permanenza, con letto matrimoniale e cuscini completamente invasi da CIMICI DA MATERASSO! Una cosa che non deve assolutamente accadere!!! Posizione dell'albergo con una bella vista mare ma struttura vecchia e non adatta ad essere qualificata come un 4 stelle. TOTALMENTE SCONSIGLIATO!

Appena arrivati abbiamo capito subito che di 4 stelle ne aveva ben poche. Abbiamo prenotato una stanza al prezzo di 160 euro a notte e siamo rimasti terribilmente delusi. Entrando nella camera abbiamo sentito subito una forte puzza di umidità e muffa che non ha concigliato assolutamente il sonno (meno male che siamo stati solo una notte).
Anche il bagno non era il massimo, in quanto la pressione della doccia era bassissima e lo scarico del lavandino arrugginito. L'unica nota positiva è stata la vista dal balcone dove si vedeva tutta la costa.
Per quanto riguarda i corridoi, la moquette era sporca.
La colazione, invece, non era niente di che e il servizio inesistente.
Peccato perché alla reception sono stati molto gentili e disponibili (Marco).
Non lo consiglio assolutamente!

Bella struttura, bella piscina , panorami unici, stanza bella con vista mare meravigliosa, personale gentilissimo e molto professionale . Due piccoli nei non mi fanno dare cinque stelle; ci sono troppe scale non servite da ascensori e pertanto anche il trasporto di un trolley risulta difficoltoso; il buffet della prima colazione è abbondante e buono ma manca la possibilità di avere una un caffe od un cappuccino fatto da un barista e non dalle macchinette elettriche

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel in un caldo e soleggiato weekend di ottobre. Dotato di ampio parcheggio privato (cosa non frequente in Liguria). Si trova su un promontorio sopra Arenzano dalle cui camere la vista spazia fino a Genova. L'accoglienza ricevuta al check in è stata cordiale e di ampia disponibilità. Le camere sono moderne e molto spaziose dotate anche di zona giorno con salottino, frigobar, e scalda vivande. I letti sono ampi, dotati di doppi cuscini e materassi confortevoli per un sonno rilassante. L'Hotel dispone di una grande piscina sulla sommità della struttura da cui si gode un panorama a 360 gradi e di una piscina più piccola dove ai bordi si può consumare una ottima e completa colazione con materie prime di qualità. Inoltre dalla grande piscina si accede ad una funicolare privata che collega l'hotel direttamente al lungomare di Arenzano. Durante il mio soggiorno la funicolare ha avuto un problema tecnico a cui la direzione ha subito ovviato con un servizio di navetta svolto egregiamente da Fabio. Di sicuro tornerò in un futuro anche per godermi la meravigliosa piscina.

Nice Hotel. Parking is tricky. Pool Nice looking. Breakfast Buffett excellent! Staff helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and had a nice view of the sea.

L'hotel ed il suo ristorante sorgono in una posizione eccezionale, offrendo una vista spettacolare sul mare. Considerato l'elevato potenziale, la struttura meriterebbe di essere maggiormente valorizzata.

Hotel pas au niveau d'un 4 étoiles.
Vieilisant, mal entretenu, sales dans certaines parties communes. Panne d eau durant la journée.
Sinon, bien placé, belle piscine, vue magnifique. Quel dommage ! Personnel de qualité. Salle de bain vieillissante.
