Abbiamo prenotato una junior suite vista mare per una notte e prima colazione. Ottima la posizione, la camera, la pulizia, la vista e il servizio; la colazione è spettacolare. Personale numeroso e molto gentile. Ci è piaciuto molto la possibilità di parcheggiare all' Interno del cortile e di poter usufruire della piscina.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo alloggiato al gran hotel di Arenzano e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Camera superiore vista mare bellissima e pulita, personale gentilissimo, colazione top. Consigliato a tutti soprattutto come vacanza estiva.

ci torniamo periodicamente, tutti gli anni, da tempo. Ci troviamo sempre benissimo, il parcheggio è garantito e il parcheggiatore è solerte, alla reception sono disponibili e professionali, la spa è utile nei giorni di pioggia e in estate la piscina è pulita. Il servizio ristorante è migliorato col passare del tempo. L'unico neo è la spiaggia, ma in Liguria non sono mai molto comode

La nostra camera, piccola per un quattro stelle, non aveva vista mare e sarebbe stato bello poter scegliere. Ok bagno cieco ma almeno la ventola. Insonorizzazione da migliorare. Personale MOLTO gentile. Ottima la colazione e l’accoglienza.

Ho soggiornato, con la mia famiglia, in questo albergo per una notte a fine marzo. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, personale molto gentile, bella struttura fronte mare, bella camera, ottima colazione e parcheggio comodo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Torneremo sicuramente.

Albergo quattro stelle con nome pomposo, ma non di adeguato livello e prezzo. Quasi 373.00 euro per due notti in camera standard vista mare Siamo a metà marzo… Mi aspetto un livello adeguato…ma l’ambiente è tristemente vintage e trascurato Arredi datati e ambienti tristi Ascensori che non arrivano mai e quando arrivano lo fanno a sorpresa perché nascosti tra loro e quindi se non ti affacci a guardare uno o l’altro li perdi perché si richiudono… un incubo da film comico Colazione a macchinette con cappucci annacquati e succhi colorati Avevano avvisato che la mia compagna è intollerante al lattosio e glutine … solo qualche confezione triste di prodotti industriali immangiabili Le camere sono carine ma essenziali con un bagno ormai vecchio con rubinetti duri e cigolanti Avevamo prenotato la spa, ma abbiamo dovuto avvisare il giorno prima che non avremmo potuto andare perché la mia compagna non stava bene Puntualmente il giorno dopo chiamano perché ci aspettavano… il collega non aveva avvisato Disorganizzati ma cortesi Non vale il prezzo pagato Assolutamente
