Whilst staying in resort last year, we were recommended this hotel. We arrived around 9pm on 25th September, first impression looking good, shown to our room (323), nice furniture in the bedroom, asked if it was a sunny balcony, advised we could move in the morning if we did not like, next morning took a look at the balcony, very dark and cramped, the bathroom had had new tiles, but he bath, was strange, as it was not level, we considered it a hazard, we did move rooms (thank you Jennie), but in consideration that we had booked in October 2022 and we're staying for 16 nights, we would have expected a much better room, so that took the shine off it. No one came to ask if we were happy with the room, we just got a call to the room to ask if we had moved and could they have the key back!! SUN BEDS most previous comments said there was never as issue getting a bed, we obviously arrived on the wrong week!! towels were on beds pre 7.45am, utter chaos, it was day 12 of our holiday before we could get a bed. There were signs up asking for towels not to be put down, as they would be removed, it was never policed?!! we decamped to the Marie Mare, where it was much more civilised. Breakfast, this was very good and always replenished, lots of choices. Housekeeping, again this was was very good, clean towels everyday, beds made, changedand a regular basis, bins emptied. The snack bar was good. There were a lot if return visitors (who probably bagged the beds), we did get the feeling that the regulars were more thought of. To us every customer is important. All in all we did have a lovely time, woulld return if a bargain was to be had. Met some fabulous people (especially the Barnsley girls) To anyone going to Argassi, who did not visit this year the prices in restaurants have certainly gone up, last year a Greek salad was 5 euro, this year 9 euro, Kalamaki was slightly less. We visited Crete in June, much cheaper
