We spent 2 weeks at this hotel. Postives Nice beach area Spacious room Lovely view from balcony Reception area is modern with plenty of seating. Negatives Uncomfortable beds Bathroom in disrepair Breakfast was inedible Pool was dirty and cloudy Sun loungers broken Smell from the kitchen stunk the room out every meal time Stairs up to the room, very steep and wouldn’t suit someone with mobility issues. The bannister was loose and no lighting on marble stairs, so quite dangerous. Location wise: 10 min walk to centre. We ended up spending most days at a pool bar due to how run down this hotel is.

Spent a week in locanda. Pros. Nice big room Comfy bed Clean Large balcony Sea views. Cons Hairdryer kept cutting out after 30 secs. Could only use it on a low heat. Bathroom. Each time we had a shower, bathroom got completely flooded. Reported twice. Guy who came and eventually removed a pile of sludge was INCREDIBLY rude and my god, if looks could kill!!! Reception was rude and when I Reported for the second evening we had no hot water (everyone was the same), we were told that it was sorted the day before....clearly not as we had the goose pimples to prove it!! Cleaner. Although nice lady, she had no idea about privacy. Twice she knocked once and walked straight in. First time we were in bed, second time I was on loo!!! Not great. Pool area was quiet and was not appealing. Breakfast was not great. Fruit always seemed to have a brownish tint. Not much selection. If you want a hotel with very little "soul" and receptionist/manager who don't give you the time of day, then this might be the place for you. Personally after 4 hotel visits in Argassi, this one hands down is the worst.

I ve been there for 8 days. Only thing what is worth for a one point is a location. It is on the beach. The sunbeds are in very bad condition and also the garden. This hotel have a big potencial, but nobody cares about that place. The toilets are not cleaned, room was not that bad if you dont look very well. But they are not worth that money. But the worst thing there is a food. We had all inclusive 🙈 never ever book all inclusive in that hotel. I never ever seen that poor all inclusive table like here. The food was just defrosted and baked and what the most hell thing there are pasta and chicken combs with the feathers on it 😡🤮🙈. If I will be chef I will never leave the kichen and walking around cause I will be afraid that some guest give me slap for that food. I recomend to change a kitchen staff and a buget for a food. Because the guest paid for it and it could ruin they holiday. And also if you paid extra money for aircondition and the housekeeper always put it off, so you walk in a hell room, its really not worth it…

Had a week in Zante for a family wedding. Was due to fly home to England on the 28th August. Due to circumstances beyond our control we had to come to this hotel for the higher which was unpleasant to say the least! My partner asked for the aircon to which the reply from the old guy who had shown us to our room was “Tomorrow” he then left so cue me and my partner sweltering in our room! My partner then went down and asked him again to which his reply was the same again “tomorrow” my partner then explains that we won’t be here tomorrow to no avail! So glad we didn’t pay for this… don’t waste your money

Location was perfect! Right next to beach. 2 pools, 1of which we practically had to ourselves for our whole holiday. Rooms clean and beds comfy. Cleaning staff very friendly and helpful and the pool man/ handy man worked tirelessly from early till late everyday even saw him working at the hotel next door! The hotel is lovely and peaceful, great place if you just want to unwind but whatever you do book room only as we were all inclusive and the food was just dreadful, everything was barely lukewarm, even when they were topping up food that was cold too got to the point we couldn’t face it anymore and had to eat out everyday. No aircon in dining room some days you could smell sewage in there, trays weren’t cleaned, etc.alcoholic drinks were beer on tap vodka rum or ouzo no cocktails as advertised. We didn’t use the aircon in our rooms but there is a 5 euro charge per day. I’ve stayed in plenty of budget hotels before but I’ve never ever had such an appalling food experience. Such a shame

Small hotel right by the sea with beautiful swimming, nice accommodation, clean room, sufficiently equipped. But that's where the positives end. The hotel absolutely does not correspond to 4 stars, price or services. Apart from a very poor breakfast, the food was essentially inedible, cooked only from semi-finished products, and there was no fresh fruit. If the food ran out, the staff did not refill it in most cases. Nasty and unwilling staff, there was often no one at the bar, drinks often ran out, sometimes it took more than a day before a certain drink was available again. Untidy beach with broken sunbeds and umbrellas. I don't recommend anyone to go here.
