An amazing hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We upgraded on arrival to a Junior Suite with a private pool and it was stunning. The food in the hotel was lovely and always something that we liked, lunch seemed better than dinner. We also ate out to experience local cuisine. We ate in the hotel restaurant next door, you have to pay but there is currently 20% off for hotel guests. We went on Greek night and had a fabulous meal, drinks and entertainment and the staff were lovely! Great value for money dinner, wine and cocktails for two was very reasonable. We wanted to do a trip to see the turtles so went to Peters Tours next door and he assured us we would have a great trip with a limited number of people on the boat, this did not disappoint! We encountered five turtles close up, we visited the caves, had the opportunity to swim and were taken to the beach for an hour stop over to buy drinks/ice creams. A superb trip and great value for money. The hotel is spotlessly clean and only 10 minutes from the airport, one of our top holidays!

Had a fantastic 2 weeks 8th-22nd June..had the foresight to book the junior suite..the room was absolutely spot on..all inclusive with jet2 holidays..I’m a fussy eater and i nearly always found something to eat..the lunch always seemed better than the dinners with meats usually done in a sauce or gravy and very tender together with a selection of pasta..salads..vegetables of different sorts..the sweets were melt in the mouth..with a selection of alcoholic and soft drinks..stathis the pool bar manager is amazing..he gets to know you and always remembers what your drink is..nice friendly person as are all the staff..the place is kept well..housekeeping is done everyday with fresh towels every day and the rooms cleaned..not sure how often the bed linen is changed but always smells fresh..there’s a couple of concerning things I would like to point out..the Greek government have decided to tax holiday accommodation at a certain amount per room per night..as this is a 4* I was €98 down on my spending money before I even started..this has to be paid in cash as for some strange reason a hotel of this size doesn’t have a card machine..other people were complaining (not us as our room had free air conditioning and safe) about the cost of those things €10 a day for the air conditioning..they do have free times..but conveniently it’s when no one is in the room and the safe I believe was about €35 for a week..now the main pool..there a lot of chipped tiles around the edge and some have been loose and not been put back level and could cause a foot or ankle injury if you’re not careful..around the main steps into the pool my partner said there was green algae around the water line and on the safety rail..which I seen myself..the steel steps into the shallow end are loose and need attention before they come away and injure someone..one day in our second week a little lad went under the water and panicked..it’s just as well his grandfather was there to dive in and pull him out as the lifeguard was right down the end near the bar..looking at his phone by all accounts..but in all fairness to him..that’s not exactly a central spot where he can keep an eye out..in my opinion young children should be confined to the children’s pool near the bottom gate as it’s much shallower..apart from them last few little ******* we did have a brilliant holiday..will we go back again..why not because the good points far outweighs the bad

First time back here after a 10 year break, still a wonderful place to stay. Rooms are a little tired looking but spotlessly clean, maid service every day, we had a small problem on first day and mentioned it to reception within 10minutes mr maintenance man had sorted it, what great service. Staff are very friendly and welcoming nothing is too much trouble for them. Restaurant staff are very professional friendly and polite at all times, brilliant choice of food morning, lunch and dinner, something different every day...compliments to the chefs. . One thing to point out if you're not aware is the air con is only on at certain times of the day for a limited period, if you want it on 24 hours there is a 10 euros charge per day, safe hire is 35 euros per week, the local tax payable is 7 euros per room per night which is payable in euros only on arrival not by card. Overall a great stay to chill out after a hectic few months

I stayed here for a short break (Room 526). It’s a great place to stay, extremely clean, brilliant staff, good location. No problem getting premium sunbeds (Even at 10.30am) & nice Buffett style food. The only negative for me was, smoking, vaping etc is allowed everywhere, even in the outdoor section of restaurant. I personally think there should be designated smoking/vaping areas, so other people don’t have to suffer the smell all day & night. But I would still return.

We stayed for 4 nights as a group of 3, and we had enough space in a twin room. Aircon in rooms is nonexistent - We were told that there are limited hours when it is free to use, but turning it on, you would not believe it is active. There was also a sewage smell that filled the room following the toilet flushing, even when empty. This occurred from the first time the toilet was flushed on our arrival, so the problem clearly predated us. Bathroom otherwise was fit for purpose. I will say that in general for the personal bathrooms but also the bar toilets, if there are signs instructing guests not to flush toilet paper, you should have bidets. It is less of a problem when a shower is close in your bathroom, but otherwise, this is not really fit for purpose. Wifi was good enough and minibar/wardrobe space was adequate. Rooms were always well cleaned following the daily cleaning. The restaurant hostess was happy to walk and talk us through everything and was very polite, cheery and helpful. Drinks offerings in restaurant were fairly standard all inclusive juices, water, beer, fizzy drinks all on tap. The food had a good spread with salad options, over 10 main options (with sauces and other things to accompany) and a good few desserts, as well as an ice cream freezer with vanilla, strawberry, chocolate and banana(!) ice cream available at every dinner (with flavoured sauces of course). I couldn't fault the food and never found myself unable to fill up. Breakfast bacon is the same as in most hotels in Europe, in that it is not what Brits abroad might want but it is what they should expect. The real star of the holiday was Stathis, the bar manager. His service goes above and beyond and he is friendly and personable with seemingly everyone. Very funny and charming. He seemed to be around most hours of the day and is clearly dedicated. If every hotel had a Stathis, the world would be a better place. Drinks were standard and there is a different free cocktail available every day (but ONLY AT THE POOL/OUTDOOR BAR - be aware of this). Obviously all inclusive is the free daily cocktail and house spirits/beer but that is expected. Pool was fairly standard. No issues but nothing to praise. Entertainment took place quite often so families especially always have something to get involved in, and nightly entertainment including singing or dancing was good. Reception was helpful at times though we had an issue with being asked for a voucher multiple times. We had booked through a third party booking service and no such voucher was provided or ever even mentioned so we were unaware what this was regarding. Staff did sort out taxi service at times and we used the hotel's booking guy, Ian, for an excursion on one day to Turtle Island, which was great. The location is a bit quieter and out of the way but nice, and only a short taxi ride from the busier areas. Not necessarily great for beaches but again, a short taxi ride will sort that out, and there are some nic

Just returned home after a lovely 10 day stay!! We really didn't want to come home. This was our second time in Argassi but of first at Diana Palace. We would like to give a special mention to Stathis the pool bar manager he is amazing at his job he learnt all of our names straight away and remembered our drinks from day one! He really is an asset to the hotel we looked forward to seeing him everyday. Also Elana was fantastic with all the activities and especially entertaining my son with games and activities. All the staff here were so friendly and thats what made the hotel stand out for us! Our room was basic but very clean and suited our needs. The cleaners made up our room everyday and were very friendly. We have booked a holiday already to Cyprus next year and if we hadn't we would definitely be returning but now will have to wait until 2026 to return to our favourite town Argassi. The all inclusive food and drinks are fine, but ate out 5 nights out of 10 as we love the local restaurants. There was always plenty of choice. We look forward to returning 2026

What a wonderful hotel, staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. It is my 60th birthday this year (July) , we decided to go abroad as a family. Myself, my 81 yr old mum, my sister and her partner and my son and his girlfriend to celebrate. I chose well, Zante in itself is beautiful, the weather was a little unkind our first few days, cloudy a little rain and very very windy but the staff kept smiling and kept us smiling. Special mentions must go to Stathis, the pool bar manager, nothing was too much trouble, he learned our names and our drinks and would bring them to us without asking. Maria in the restaurant, always smiling and joking with us, how the view was so lovely, whilst standing under the air conditioning unit, she always had time for you. And I cannot write a review without mentioning Elena. She was there organising sports, darts, table tennis, tennis football, boule, jenga , stretching and aqua gym always with a smile, oh and quizzes and ouzo bingo, I won't give away how that is played. 10 days at the Diana Place Hotel was an absolute pleasure.

All-inclusive is hier heel betrekkelijk.
