The cook is very good and knows how to combine the different flavors perfectly but the meat is not up to what is expected in such a region. When you eat out in Correze, you expect to eat high-quality meat and exceptional duck liver. The meat comes from poor breeding definitively. Duck liver was very bad as well. We were disappointed. It's a shame for such a region. Conversely, all the desserts were excellent. The service is fine.

Mémorable lunch in a quiet and bucolic place. We loved it, including the kindness of the staff . Typical and very good local food, very reasonable prices , can’t wait to go back again ! If you go , you should, ask Claudine for the « tête de veau » as a main, and for the « glace aux marrons » as a désert, you won’t regret it 👍❤️

Lors d’un séjour dans la région de BRIVE, nous avons découvert le restaurant Roche de Vic aux Quatre Routes d’Albussac. L’accueil y est particulièrement chaleureux et la cuisine est raffinée et créative. On se croirait presque à une table gastronomique. Les produits frais mis en œuvre sont de qualité, la technique de préparation et les ingrédients utilisés sont à souligner. Une maison très bien tenue en CORRÈZE par une patronne bienveillante et sympathique (Un couple du LOT-et-GARONNE qui a eu un peu de mal à trouver le chemin de l’établissement)😉

Accueil très agréable et chaleureux. La cuisine y est excellente. Plat raffiné. Les chambres sont très propres et la literie confortable. Pour ceux qui ont des chiens vous pouvez les amener, ils seront également bien accueillis. Je recommande cet établissement.

Hotel fermé le vendredi, jour de notre arrivée. Le code d'entrée nous a été envoyé et la clé de chambre nous attendait à l'accueil. Chambre agréable donnant sur la campagne, lit confortable. Un bon petit déjeuner nous attendait le matin à l'heure dite. Bon accueil

Un repas du 14 juillet en amoureux à l'occasion d'un anniversaire. Arrivés sans resa à 13h30, bien accueillis, et attablés sans attendre (le temps de dresser une table). Top menu à 29€. Experience gustative sympa, qualité au rdv, quantité parfaite. Bon service, un peu long, mais quand on veut prendre le temps de déjeuner tranquillement, c'est parfait ! Les parisiens à la table à côté, eux, étaient pressés d'avoir leur café et reprendre la voiture pour leur 5h de route...
