We arrived at the parador after a very tiring car journey on Sunday evening at 7 p.m. Where we were very disappointed by a very unfriendly lady at the reception (South American). She did not look at us and what she had to say was incomprehensible. We have never experienced this in one Parador. The gentleman who was at reception the next morning was the complete opposite in everything. Very friendly, helpful and guest oriented, a winner. After the very unfriendly reception, everything was great, nice room, good food and drinks and very friendly employees in the cafeteria and breakfast room. We will definitely come back when we are on our way to or from the Netherlands.

Very pleasant accommodation, quiet hotel, comfortable and quiet room, very attentive and friendly staff. We spent the night and loved everything. Restaurant with great options for dinner and wines from the region. Free on-site parking, easy to get to by car, and costs are in line with the services offered

My family and I went and we asked for 2 rooms, there was only 1 and a sofa. They didn't want to help us or change our room. The receptionist disrespected us and the director insulted me and we had to leave. I don't recommend it. The worst shameful hostel.

We have already used the Parador in ARGOMANIZ several times... and it may be that on another occasion we will use such a Parador. But what we are never going to use is the Restaurant of that Parador. The Paradores Restaurants do not stand out for their quality, but many times, due to their good a**osphere, we choose to use the Restaurant at least once for dinner or lunch. But each use confirms that it is a real shame that a Parador, having emblematic buildings and privileged sites within its reach, is not capable of offering acceptable/good food. But the food we have had at ARGOMANIZ has been the worst experience so far. From 0 to 10 I would put a 0… unacceptable, a shame. The duck meat has been so “rubbery” that I have left the remains of the meat on the plate, but well chewed. When they asked us “how was it?”, I told the waitress: “a shame” and I emphasized the reason for this assessment, easy to see and perceive when looking at the plate. Instead of apologizing and not charging for that meal, they presented us with the wrong bill, approx. €25 above actual consumption.

Excellent rooms with all the amenities you would expect of a Parador and a remarkable bathroom. The breakfast buffet id excellent with a wide range of breads, meats, fruits of cheeses. Also eggs, &c cooked to order. Dinner was very disappointing. We have been coming here for 20 years, but dinner in the restaurant has deteriorated considerably in recent years.
