The location is a perfect, short walk between the towns of Ariccia and Albano where the train station is. Lush grounds surround this old villa that is showing its wear/tear from the inside. The front desk people really go the extra mile 😊Would definitely stay here again!

Appena arrivati abbiamo notato subito una poca cura alla pulizia della struttura. Dopo aver effettuato il check-in siamo andati nelle stanze dove abbiamo trovato una condizione imbarazzante per dormire. La presenza di polvere e sporcizia un po' ovunque ci ha lasciati a bocca aperta. C'è da soffermarsi su un evento che ci ha TRAUMATIZZATI, ossia il ritrovamento di capelli all'interno delle docce. Inoltre abbiamo ritrovato anche ragni e animali di varie tipologie. La parte peggiore però è sicuramente il servizio "ristornate". Le pietanze a noi servite sono risultate scadenti e in alcuni casi addirittura avariate, come nel caso della lasagna che ci è stata servita che ha fatto stare male diverse persone. Per quanto riguarda il servizio colazione abbiamo mangiato dei "cornetti". Questi ultimi sono risultati gommosi e sicuramente di uno/due giorni prima. Che dire SCAPPATE DA QUESTO POSTO. Notizia dell'ultimo minuto abbiamo ritrovato un oggetto non identificato all'interno del letto, un ottima buona notte. PS. mi dispiace per i camerieri che lavorano in questo posto, Brava gente. Per questo motivo 2 stelle. Mi sono dimenticato di menzionare lo chef che si scaccolava e mangiava le sue caccole. GNAM.

Pessima esperienza! Struttura vecchia, sporca e priva di servizi!! Le camere nelle foto del sito nn corrispondono alla realtà , il ristorante nn è nemmeno lontanamente rispondente al vero. Sconsigliabile, da dimenticare!!!! Sebbene la posizione sia ottima, la struttura andrebbe chiusa e completamente ristrutturata.

Albergo non curato camere troppo piccola (311). Ristorante e servizio buono. Là camere non solo minuscola da claustrofobia ma anche a fianco l’ascensore e quindi rumori in continuazione. Neanche il posto per appoggiare la valigia. Ho dovuto appoggiare tutto a terrò

Villa fatiscente. Il giardino che potrebbe essere la cosa più bella, è abbandonato e sporco. La zona colazioni nel giardino è sporca con avanzi della sera prima. Camera piccolissima con persiane rotte e nemmeno un tendone per la luce. Condizionatore centralizzato molto rumoroso tanto da preferire dormire al caldo. Zone comuni assolutamente sporche, persino per terra. Lasciate perdere…

Niente pulizia,Gli asciugamani non vengono cambiati ,Nella doccia c'è un tappetino che sembra molto sporco ,Ragnatele e piccoli insetti sul soffitto, abbiamo tra l'altro chiesto di cambiarci le lenzuola perché c'erano i ragni e si sono pure lamentati ,cibo insipido e colazione scarsa

Uno schifo totale, le stanze con talmente tanta polvere, che il mio cuscino da bianco è diventato grigio, avevo il terrore di coricarmi. Il cibo tutto crudo, di pessima qualità . Per non parlare del personale, la maggior parte dello staff, scortese e indisponibile, con una propensione a fare battute di poco gusto incredibile! È situato in un luogo a dir poco paradisiaco, quando si entra all’interno sembra di essere all’inferno. Con il rischio che i ragni e gli insetti, che ci sono nelle stanze e le finestre rotte, vi cadano in testa. Sconsigliato.

Hotel is in forest area 25 km from center of Rome and having many rooms (around 60 ). We liked the space they have outside-taking fresh air and walk around. Rooms are comfort and normal space as needed. Personnel were very friendly and helping for anything needed ,Sabrina &Annalisa served us. Breakfast is typically italian ( sweety dishes) only cheese&ham is salty. Be careful if you ask for other things you could be charged(i.e eggs ). Ask well before ordering. Price of the room in respect to distance from Rome is ok, 120 eur for triple. Take a visit to lake Albano, 10 min close to the hotel
