Nice price. The checkin staff wasn’t too friendly. Location is okay if you take the metro.

The room is indeed a bit older, but it still maintains a certain standard. The waiters are excellent and the location is great. The subway is just downstairs.

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, with a laundry room, a refrigerator, and its own convenience store, which is very convenient. The bed size is large, recommended to stay.

Two days and one night family outing, two major themes: postpartum hot mom 10-mile health run in June, cherry blossom season Guanlan check-in 🤭 Arrived at the hotel at about 12 o'clock, when we learned that we had a baby, we made an exception and quickly checked in, and added a baby cot👍 The environmental facilities are even better, worth experiencing, recommended 🤗

The room is large, the environment is good, the value for money is good, it is close to the airport, parking at the hotel costs 30 dollars per night, and the rest of the services are very good

The only thing missing is a coffee shop. No one likes a self serve coffee machine! And what about some decent tea. Big miss

This was my 3rd or 4th stay at this location. The check in with Yaya was phenomenal. He was so courteous & eager to solve my issues. The room was exactly as I expected. The location is convenient to everywhere I needed to go. The only issue I encountered was that I called the front desk around 10:00am because I could not find restaurant menus for breakfast. No one ever brought menu’s, causing me to miss breakfast & having to order from outside the hotel

This is my 2nd stay at this location and my staff's first time at this hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book this hotel next time we have official business in Washington D.C.

Did not stay as charge for my car was unexpected and the airport shuttle began too late for my flight

The hotel needs a makeover. Lobby and rooms are dim. Many rooms are oddly shaped. The smell of cooking grease from a restaurant(s) was present on the first and second floors. Made for an unpleasant gym workout.

The only issue I had was no parking when we got to the hotel. The parking lot was full.

Ana at the front desk was super professional and a great ambassador fir the facility.

I would definitely stay there again. But the parking price for customers staying at the hotel should not be the same price for people visiting the mall area. $45 is too much a day on top of paying for the room

This is a beautiful hotel with very comfortable quiet rooms. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Convenient access to transportation and located close to shopping and eating options! Close to most Washington DC sightseeing and to Reagan International airport.
