They charge daily parking but a parking space is not guaranteed. We arrived Friday night and stayed until Tuesday, parking garage at weekend is full and we didn’t have a space to park even we paid the daily parking fee.

The rooms are dated-the furniture is chipped in many places-the bathroom was stained-and they only cleaned the room once while we were there - but if it stopped there I would have given this hotel a good review. We were there 4 days and never had a working TV. When I called down to get the ETA on it - I was told she would check and call me back - I never got a call back. The workout room had no air flow - no fans-I had to go back to my room to cool off then finish my workout. We were there for a funeral in Arlington - our other family members had bad experiences with Alex at the front desk-he was very rude. We asked for an upgrade while checking in (We are gold Hilton members - Diamond last year) The gal at the front desk said she upgraded us to a "deluxe room"- still trying to figure out where the deluxe was! Our daughter informed us her room was bigger and she didn't have the deluxe upgrade. The breakfast was $17 instead of the $15 on their website. But the ladies that worked at the breakfast buffet were very good and accommodating. This should be a Hampton - for $240/night -Hilton needs to do better.

No cable/tv. Poor water pressure. Bed frame a nigh**are. We spent two nights. No tv. Cable out for some reason. Shower water pressure abysmal. Took a long time to rinse shampoo and conditioner out of my hair. The wooden bed frame protruded from mattress and we bruised our legs bumping into it as the space is so small you had to maneuver around the bed. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Parking was horrible. We paid for parking and there was absolutely no spots. They didn’t even offer to comp back for the parking we didn’t get.
