Good location, clean room and great staff. Great stay overall!

Good location and nice staff. Subway and bus is very useful and easy to go everywhere in Wahsington. D.C.

This was my second time staying at the hotel. To my surprise, upon arrival to the front desk, Mae remembered me from last time immediately. Welcomed me back, and even referred to me by name. These days customer service is hit or miss, but Mae was just as kind to me as she was last time and added a twist when she personalized the experience by calling me by name, This is certainly my chain and hotel of choice!

I had a situation during the middle of the night (early morning of the 28th) and when I went to the front desk for assistance, Mia was beyond helpful and supportive. Aaron/Erin was also very helpful and friendly. From the time we checked in, the customer service at this hotel has been fantastic.

Ronaldo was such a great help! He took care of our car and helped us get situated. We would have been lost if he hadn’t been there to guide us. When we arrived we had no idea where to go and where to check in. Ronaldo pointed us in the right direction. Excellent services!
