The room smells like a cigarette. There were insects on the room...

Was bed bugs had 8 open rooms wouldn't switch rooms nor provide refund for different place

This property should not be sponsor/promoted by ******* it is the worst hotels to stay at. To start there a railroad right behind it. The train passes thru all night long and it shakes the whole complex we did not sleep all night. They don't offer any complimentary like hair dryer/iron/table or chairs to seat. Found a blade on the bed so it might have been used for illegal activities before us. THE WORST! I can not believe ******* has this hotel to offer to their clients.

Transient type hotel. Room only had a bed and a table for two with a microwave. No dresser, iron, ironing board, hangers, internet service, or room service. Replacement towels exchange at office; sometimes towels were not available until next day. The only convenience; it's close to ATT Stadium. I will never chose Budget Stay lnn!

No cups, or glassware. No shampoo & conditioner. Broken furniture. The chairs in the room was used office furniture. No refrigerator. & it’s a extended stay hotel.
