This is a really nice hotel that is always pleasant to stay at

It was a good place it was nice deposit is a little steep you'll get back when you check out but it takes to 14 days for you to get it back onto your card and I haven't even gotten my $100 deposit back and there was nothing took me from the hotel

The hotel Is decent. I expected better after having to pay $400 for two nights. Parking is a mess. But could be better if they get the containers out of the back parking lot. I was disappointed when I walked in and it smelled like ****. I had to explain to my kids why it smelled the way it does. The room was nice and comfortable. If your in the second building you do have to go outside to get to the front desk/ breakfast area.

The hotel is nice and well kept. Looks almost new. The only complaint I would have is about the “pull out couch/bed” Definitely not a bed. It had no mattress, just the frame of the couch and was hard as a rock.

I had to wait in the lobby for over a hour just to check in. This caused a huge conflict with my scheduling for the evening. I missed out on dinner with friends because of this. Otherwise the staff was friendly

Hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the stadiums and Six Flags. We love the restaurants in the area as well, so this is usually our go-to choice for overnight stays. This time was disappointing, however. It seems the mattresses must have been changed recently - ours was hard. Extremely hard. We did not get a good nights sleep at all. The free breakfast was not good, either. Very few options, and the breakfast sandwiches were worse quality than microwaved sandwiches from the gas station down the road. We were disappointed. The staff was friendly, and the hotel is very clean. Just didn't sleep well, and breakfast was not good. We ate elsewhere.
