The front desk staff of this property was wonderful. Very friendly and super helpful. Unfortunately, that's the extent of the good things I have to say about this hotel. The entire property was just dirty. The carpets, the walls, the countertops, everything was dingy and dirty. The white counter tops were stained on the desk and shelving. The frigde in our room was broken, the remote control didn't work, the A/C gave off a damp and musty smell. This hotel needs to be remodeled and a good cleaning.

This SpringHill Suites is not up to Marriott standards or quality. The place was run down and filthy. The carpets were worn and dirty and the outdoor furniture was broken. The place just looks dumpy. We got up to our room and it smelled musty and dank. We checked out immediately and went to a nearby Hyatt Place instead. This SpringHill Suites location needs to be closed down, refurbished and cleaned. The staff could use some Hospitality training.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly however our room was not acceptable to be rented out. Missing Tv, broken curtains, broken light fixtures with wires and sharp edges exposed, broken and MILDEWED fridge. Explained condition ls too management and they did offer $50 refund. Full refund would have been more appropriate considering I loss all the baby formula I brought due to lack of refrigeration.
