This place has a smell to it in the hallway on all floors... Reported plumbing issues at around 10pm didn't get anyone to come and assist not even to suggest to drop off a plunger. Called back at 6am and asked for an update and they don't have maintenance on shift, what hotel doesn't have a maintenance tech on shift??? Marriott at that??? I asked if could at the very least drop off a plunger. I don't know if this is how they teach customer service at the Marriott because we had the same type of customer service at the courtyard in Killeen... I figured that was Killeen TX but this this is Arlington TX if figured they would be different... not the case.
