I wanted a hotel room
With 2 Queen beds, smoking on the ground floor, with a pool, WiFi and breakfast. What they gave me (and then charged me the full price bc apparently this reservation booked here didn’t mean anything to them) was a non smoking room with full size beds and that was only after I threw a fit. They man wouldn’t accept the $5 something difference in what I had already paid and kept rolling his eyes at me saying that I didn’t understand. Pretty sure he was the one in the dark. So I finally convince him to give me the room bc it was late andI was exhausted or I would’ve turned around and walked out right then. It had to be downstairs bc of my back though and although he gave it to me, it was like pulling teeth. He was rude about my service animal being with me and was trying to charge me a pet deposit I believe. He even came and found me as I was going into my room and asked for the animals ID card. I gave it to him and instead of just checking it, he calls the number on the back (which is all legit and registered by the state) so h was very disappointed as he walked off. The next morning I woke up to not only find no breakfast at all but also the pool was completely empty. The lady in the office said it was closed today bc somethings wrong with it. Since there was definitely people living in the rooms, I heard them talking about how it hadn’t been opened all year and they weren’t planning on fixing it. It was the absolute worst experience in any hotel I have ever had. I will never stay here again and I suggest you don’t either.
