The transportation is very convenient, the surrounding is safe and clean, the room is standard, the front desk service is very good, responsive, and the attitude is always very enthusiastic

Good location and nice staff. Subway and bus is very useful and easy to go everywhere in Wahsington. D.C.

Our room had a bed that was broken. The sink only dispersed hot water for the majority of the time. The dining is sometimes open and sometimes closed... no communication of when they would be closed. Short staffed hotel. Does not live up to Marriott standards

Nice room, the tv was a little low tech, but overall no complaints about the stay! Also a little tricky with the elevators- use one set to get to the lobby (on the 4th floor) and another set of elevators to get to the rooms. The desk attendant who checked me in, Sintya, was very helpful and friendly.

Doug was awesome and great bartender. Great convo to top it off. Would recommend hanging out with him. Wings were delicious. Quiet night in the bar otherwise. Probably because it was a Sunday but if you are looking for quiet and chill, great place to hang out.

As an MBA student, evenings can be a rare chance to unwind and connect with classmates, and Doug goes above and beyond to make these moments exceptional. His warm personality, impeccable attention to detail, and incredible mixology skills set the perfect tone for our nights out. Doug has an uncanny ability to remember drink preferences, making everyone feel like a VIP. He crafts each cocktail with precision and creativity, always ready with a nice smile. Doug’s dedication to creating a welcoming and lively atmosphere is truly unparalleled. He turns a simple night out into an unforgettable experience, and for that, we are all incredibly grateful. Doug should have a honorary degree from UVA Darden for his contribution to facilitating unforgettable memories during my Darden years. The Le Meridian hotel bar will always be my favorite place.

The check in process was a little rough because of some system issues. The room was clean and comfortable. After check in, I needed a drink and my bartender, Doug, was my favorite part of my stay. He poured great drinks and kept me company with wonderful conversation!
