The hotel itself is clean and very quiet. We were offered breakfast during the stay but didn’t eat any. There’s a 2 pet minimum and deposit required which we found out after booking through the app and arriving at the hotel.

The ppl who work the front desk are rude and annoying. The rooms are heavily cleaned with pine soil which made me sick and the air didn’t work in the first room I was given but they didn’t give me another one. Needs a lot of work for the price they want you to pay for a nights stay.

Too old, the sheets don't feel clean, a little itchy,
I have seen 2 cockroaches in the room for 3 days, the refrigerator in the room is so noisy, the mattress seems to have no support, it should be broken, all the underneath of the mattress will be stained, scary

When we walked in, they were doung construction. Gave us our room, walked in there was plastic on the floor, holes in the ceiling, no covers on bed smelled. I wouldn't sit any of my belongings on anything. Went to another hotel

Upon arrival the hotel was under renovation which we were unaware of, but okay with. However, once we got to our room the room was not clean, had yellow skittles on the floor, no ice bucket, no working phone, no working refrigerator, 2 lamps with missing light bulbs and one towel for my husband and I. This was addressed with Peter, Sam and management and I was told it would be taken care of first thing the next morning when house keeping cleaned the room. It wasn’t. The room wasn’t cleaned at all; skittles still on the floor, bed not made, no towels and no workin appliances. Furthermore, this was the weekend of the Dallas Cowboys playoff game so hotel prices were elevated. Upon departure I asked them to at least compensate me for one night. To date nothing has been done to make this right. I will be reporting them to the BBB if not taken care of.

Everything is falling apart at this hotel. A/C was not at all working .. All furniture was very very old & rusty. Shower rods were shaky & wall poster coming out. This was the worst experience I had at any hotel. Will never visit this hotel in future.
