During our three-night stay, we were unable to take showers in our room for two days straight. The guests in the room next to ours were also facing the same issue. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, we did not receive any assistance to resolve the problem. Moreover, when we requested a partial refund due to the inconvenience, our request was rejected.

A localização é muito boa, porém a infraestrutura deixa muito a desejar, muitas escadas onde nenhum local fui sinalizado, quarto com vista excelente porém pagasse subir muitas escadas, não temos como nos comunicar com a recepção sem ser por zap, o café da manhã muito fraco sem variedade de café da manhã, tinha mais sobremesa do que café da manhã mesmo.

Foi uma estadia incrível! Ficamos impressionados com a estrutura da pousada, tudo muito limpo, quarto com varanda com um espaço maravilhoso!!! Com certeza voltarei a me hospedar por la quando voltar à Búzios!

This is an unusual review, because it is not about location, accomodation or sevice. It is about the honesty of people. This morning, while I was running, I lost my cell phone. I took some time to understand it. When I realised it , I called my number and a gentleman answered me. He found the phone and when I got tho the place to take it, I tried to give som money to thank him and he did not wanted anything. He was ,I believe, the manager or the owner or anyway someone working at Pousada Baia Bonita. I really apreciated people that do not want to take advantage from somebody fault. Thanks again !!

Quando chegamos as 20:00 nos colocaram em um quarto minúsculo com um chuveiro frio, cheirando a mofo e esgoto. Quarto sujo, muito cabelo no chão. E ainda por cima uma barata enormeee, Credo, detestei, horrivel

A pousada é muito bem localizada, limpa e funcionários educados. Me hospedei somente um dia, para complementar uma diária no feriado, fiquei no último quarto diaponivel, o apto 2. O banheiro havia sido reformado, mas o quarto não possui nenhuma vista, apesar de ter uma varanda improvisada e como fica no térreo e próximo à recepção, se ouve as conversas dos outros hóspedes. Não voltaria a me hospedar nesse quarto, mas a pousada é boa e tem um bom café da manhã.
