Ótima estrutura, aconchegante e excelente atendimento. Super recomendado! Café da manhã delicioso, os quartos super limpos e com ótima roupa de cama. O atendimento do time é um destaque a parte: Ana Paula, Edna, Marina, Alexandre, Gabriel, Jauber e Yorran!

El Chez Pitu está ubicado sobre la playa Geribá (este es el punto más fuerte) que para mi gusto es de las más lindas de Buzios. La habitación deluxe es correcta, podría ser un poquito más grande pero está muy bien y despert**** y ver el mar es un plus importante.

A pousada/hotel pensa em muitos detalhes para o conforto e bom atendimento , a equipe é muito simpática e prestativa , era aniversário do meu marido , pedi ajuda com a encomenda de uma torta e eles me ajudaram exatamente em tudo . Limpeza do quarto dentro do conforme , roupas de cama e banho de qualidade , cama confortável , ficamos no quarto sem varanda de frente pra praia e foi especial acordar e dormir com o barulho do mar , amenietes no banheiro é uma atenção positiva a parte ,chuveiro ótimo e ar condicionado também !café da manhã com muitas opções de pães, bolos , sucos , cafés , chás , frutas , bem farto , e tudo fresquinho ,a tarde é servido um café , com menos opções mas também muito bom , o atendimento da bar da piscina é ótimo e a piscina é um espetáculo a parte , borda infinita pra praia de Geribá! Pessoal da recepção sempre disponíveis a ajudar! Voltaria mil vezes , tive uma ótima experiência

pésimo..Tomamos cuarto mais caro con balcón y vista. Solo 4 reposeras para todo el hotel..6 mesas para todo el hotel. Del total de predio solo ponen 1/4 de sombrillas y reposeras en el servicio de playa el resto lo alugan así que 0630 hay que ir para conseguir un guarda sol!. Ectranjeros: lleven dineihro exacto porque dan troco mais baixo que buzios centro y no dan el troco si queda dineihro a favor. la piscina y poco lugar hace que los niños estén a los gritos..La habitación pequeña. No teim mesa ni lugar para roupa. El baño bien.. Personal de bar y de playa fais o que pueden! Demasiado! Personal de limpieza también. Venimos tudos os años a Geriba . Es la 1 vez en chez pitu. Siempre foi a le relaix la borie o maryvista y son muy superiores y más educados y tratan con espacio mucho mejor a los turistas..Repito estuvimos 21 días en habitaciones más caras imposible estar en el balcon con la gente abaixo en 6 mesas!. ni dormir se puede

Funcionários super atenciosos e simpáticos, tudo muito limpo e a piscina em frente à praia de Geriba é muito boa. Porém, exceto isso, senti falta de muitas coisas.
Não foram arrumar nosso quarto depois da primeira noite, tivemos que pedir. Não tinha sabonete no quarto, o controle do ar condicionado não funcionava, e o WI-FI também não funcionava e o nosso 4g não pegava no quarto, então ficávamos sem internet. Tentei resolver com a recepção mas ninguém conseguia me ajudar.
O café da manhã também deixou a desejar, tinha sensação de que estava tudo requentado e com poucas opções, tivemos que pedir todos os dias pra repor as coisas quando acabava. Além disso, de manhã tinha muito barulho por conta da obra.
Infelizmente esperava ter uma experiência melhor com a minha estadia, não cumpriu com o esperado, poderia ter sido melhor.
