Una experiencia maravillosa de principio a fin, desde el check in hasta la salida nuestra estadía estuvo llena de detalles únicos. Búzios siempre es una buena experiencia y siempre pensamos en alargar nuestra estadía, pero esta vez fue tan buena que decidimos cambiar todo y quedarnos un día más. El desayuno es exquisito y las comidas en el restaurant también. Definitivamente un hotel para volver muchas veces.

Surpreendente, maravilhosa, indescritível e memorável! Não há outra forma de começar a avaliação a nossa estadia na Casas Brancas. Tivemos a excelente surpresa de um upgrade e ficamos hospedados em uma suite incrível, com uma vista belíssima da orla Brigitte Bardot. Muito bem localizado, com uma arquitetura mediterrânea e muito bem decoração, a pousada possui ótimas instalações, refeições deliciosas e frescas, e um cuidado com os hóspedes que é o que mais me encantou em toda a nossa estadia. O atendimento do Gabriel merece nosso destaque, mas toda a equipe do Casas Brancas é altamente atenciosa e educada. Podemos perceber que o treinamento dos funcionários é importante e todos estão empenhados em prestar um serviço de excelência. Menções especiais também a Juliana e Dilan da recepção, Marcelo e Aparecida do restaurante e bar da piscina. Nossa estadia foi impecável, e não há palavras para descrever a experiência de estar hospedado no Casas Brancas. Espero voltar em breve!

Had an unforgettable stay at Casas Brancas. The room was amazing. The hotel was kept very clean. Breakfast every morning was delightful. Very close to all main amenities/attractions in Buzios. Gabriel welcomed us every morning and was exceptionally nice. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back in the future.

La primer impresión al entrar a este hotel es superadora en todo sentido, apenas ves el mar desde la terraza te das cuenta que elegiste el mejor hotel de la zona. Pero la segunda y tercer impresión es aún mejor, y eso lo hace la gente tan pero tan amable y cordial que atiende en el lugar, como Gabriel en la recepción y Aparecida en el desayuno. Que que vale oro por su forma de tratarnos! Gracias!!

El personal del hotel fue amabilísimo en todo momento y muy atento, especialmente el gerente. Tuvimos un inconveniente con el agua en la habitación y fueron muy solícitos para solucionarlo lo más rápido posible.
El servicio excelente en todo momento.
El desayuno también y en los dos restaurantes del hotel se come muy bien.
Los cockteles del 74 Restaurant: ¡muy buenos!

Welcomed by Andreia, she was an excellent host. We were immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area light, airy and very spacious with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfasts were amazing prepared by Marcelo and his team. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious lovely decoreted and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who got taste want to go to Buzios. Will be back soon !!!
