Goed ontvangen door de nachtportier en een receptioniste, Tot aan de kamer is het hotel goed verzorgt. Eenmaal op de kamer lijkt het wel de jaren 80. Schimmel in de badkamer, meubel in de badkamer hangt te laag. Geboekt een tweepersoonsbed en wij kregen, twee eenpersoonsbedden met een dunne topping. Mijn vrouw werd met rugpijn wakker. Koffie op de kamer was echt onder de maat. Overal lag stof. Hygiëne was 5-sterren niet waardig. Volgende keer toch een ander hotel kiezen.

Een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Prettige ontvangst met een vriendelijke receptie. Kamer schoon en comfortabel. Op loopafstand van CS en de Korenmarkt.

I went to Arnhem after visiting Amsterdam, The Hague and Delft. I needed to go there to see the John Frost Bridge (made famous in the 1977 movie, "A Bridge Too Far"). I was happy to see this hotel was across from the train station and less than one mile from the bridge. Lots of food choices and shops close by. One of the more unique hotels. Award winning bathroom on the 5th Floor!! Great people, nice rooms and an amazing breakfast. Ask to see the bathroom on the 5th Floor--it's award winning.

Arrived with such high hopes as appearance when entering is wow! Staff all lovley ,super polite . Room looked perfect ....although a little unsure about the glass bathroom door. Unfortunately the room cleaning was almost non existant .2 days out of our 4 we had to ask at reception for towels and ond toilet roll and also our room to be cleaned ......even after this was done Hand soap was not filled ,even when we requested it .. Expected a better experience all round and this would make me look at what's on offer from other hotels in the area .

Het enigste wat ik niet prettig vond,is dat de wc op onze kamer laag was...voor grote ennoudere mensen is dat minder,verder complimenten ,alles keurig en netjes.

This was a really cool property. The rooms are upscale and chic, the hotel has this whole classy feel to it, and even the elevators are uniquely great. The bed and room was extra comfy and upscale, but the only downside is that the rooms are VERY tiny. I had a large suitcase with me and had to put it up on the bed in order to open it. Outside of that, everything was fantastic through and through. This is in a great location, directly next to Arnhem Centraal and across the way from Silk, a fanastic all you can eat Sushi place. Highly suggest considering this property as a place to stay.

Keurig hotel gelegen tegenover het centraal station. Nette entree en vriendelijke ontvangst. Kamer was netjes en stijlvol ingericht. Kom nog eens terug als het voldoende mooi weer is voor de rooftopbar. Badkamer compleet ingericht en in de kamer was zelfs een klein keukentje aanwezig. Al met al een heerlijk nachtje in dit hotel verbleven. En tot slot, het bed was prima.
