I liked:
- cordial, polite, and helpful staff
- panoramic lake view
- breakfast included
- restaurant
I didn't like:
- hard to reach the train station/bus stops (but the hotel cannot do anything about it)
- old amenities and some spiders in the rooms

Das Zimmer war schmutzig sowie Handtücher und Bettlaken. Es gab Schimmel in der kaputten Dusche. Die Matratzen waren alt. Wir verstehdn es nicht, woher die Sterne kommen

The hotel looks pretty bad and run down from the outside, but inside it is lovely and warm and welcoming, it looks like it's had a refurbishment. The staff were lovely, the room was lovely and so was the breakfast. Best views from a hotel I've had for years too. I couldn't fault the hotel other than outside appearance.

Property was lovely and great value for money. The beds were changed everyday and the views over the lake were incredible!!! The breakfast was good with enough options to keep most people happy. Can’t complain at all about the stay. The view is what made it for us!

Da tutti i locali dell'hotel c'è una vista spettacolare sul lago. Le camere sono spaziose, belle e ben riscaldate. A colazione abbiamo trovato una varietà di proposte incredibile ed abbondante oltre ai cibi per celiaci e persone in dieta. E poi anche sul tardi si trova ancora qualsiasi cosa.

Cenone di fine anno ottimo per qualità e varietà dei piatti veramente in grado di soddisfare tutte le esigenze. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camere non modernissime ma soddisfacenti, buona la pulizia.
