All we wanted was just a bed and a shower where to rest the late night hours after a party without spending a fortune and this hotel served our purposes. Honestly I think as a 4 star is too much but understand that star classification are given according to services available for guests; in this case, there is a 24 hour reception service, parking, minibar, business center, pool and a restaurant which is next door. The room was cleaned, below average toiletries, worn room but still workable. We used their pool in the afternoon and have to say it was nice. The location is not idyllic, people who stay here are mostly for business reasons, there are many commercial industries around or like us after screening all hotels and b&bs of our area of interest (some kilometers away), this one came as an ideal solution for what we needed. The afternoon girl receptionist was kind of apathic, no smile, say hi and no expression in contrast with the night shift receptionist who brought us some coffee and croissants saying try to have something before taking the wheel (it was 5:30 a.m. and breakfast service is after 7:00 a.m.) The 4th green point review is for him.

Pessima esperienza. In Hotel 4 stelle che ne vale non più di 2… letto scomodissimo, moquette vecchissima e chissà quanti acari… serramenti che non si possono aprire e colazione in tugurio pessima e con prodotti scaduti! Da starne lontano!

Purtroppo le 4 stelle le vedi solo se c'è bel tempo la notte, non c'era nemmeno quello. La scalinata si presenta male per chi ha le stampelle e non ci hanno presentato nessun'altra opzione per entrare. Camera con odore di chiuso e umido stagnante, numero 316, al ritorno in albergo dopo cena la parte di moquette vicino alla finestra è completamente bagnata, nella stanza a fianco hanno trovato una bottiglia di vino vuota sotto il letto. La piscina era di un colore da rio delle amazzoni, non ci si stupirebbe se ci fossero animali esotici all'interno. Sempre al nostro ritorno ci dicono che la colazione si sarebbe fatta in albergo ed era compresa nel prezzo mentre al mattino quando scendiamo ci dicono che la colazione si fa al bar lì vicino e pure a pagamento. Sconsigliato.

Rampa di scale esterna "difficile" per accesso alla reception.Stanze piano superiore senza ascensore.Aria condizionata non adeguata all'ambiente.Dal Bagno entrano odori dal ristorante del piano sotto.Asciugamani a nido d'ape . Al max può essere un 3 stelle .Il 4 stelle non corrisponde a realtà. La sera tornando in stanza ho trovato impronte scarpe da lavoro nel piatto doccia, evidentemente la doccia è stata pulita da qualcuno che indossava scarpe da lavoro!!

Ho soggiornato in questo Hotel per lavoro a fine Giugno21: Personale Cordiale e simpatico, Camere Pulite e ben attrezzate! valore aggiunto: La piscina, poco affollata, ben tenuta e acqua pulita! Mi sono rilassato, e dopo una giornata di lavoro è il massimo che si può chiedere!

Les 4 étoiles de l'hôtel sont bien blafardes. Je dirais même qu'il n'en reste plus que 3, bien ternes. Tout est ringard et pas très bien entretenu (rideaux déchirés, taies et serviettes trouées...). Bien trop chaud dans une chambre qui donne sur une route très très bruyante. Donc soit on étouffe, soit on dort mal à cause du bruit incessant. Pour un 4 *, nulle part où aller pour prendre ne serait-ce qu'un café en dehors des heures du petit déj. Pas de bouilloire et thé/café. Mini-bar pas rempli. Hôtel qui n'a par ailleurs pas compris que changer les serviettes tous les jours est une aberration. J'oubliais, la piscine est fermée ! Bref, c'est géré à la vas-y comme je te pousse, et ça ne pousse pas fort.

Arrivato lunedì sera , mi viene consegnata la chiave , premetto prenotato una settimana ! Come apro la porta della camera , un odore di umidità mi stordisce , moquette ovunque , camera piccola , in bagno gli asciugamani sono della seconda guerra mondiale , chiedo del ristorante visto che ero anche stanco mi dicono che è chiuso per ristrutturazione , mah ! Mi propongono un ristorante associato a loro che però dista parecchio ! Il giorno cambiato hotel , andato in un tre stelle , molto meglio . Gentilezza zero !!! Sconsigliatissimo

Non è stata propriamente una bella esperienza. Arrivati all'hotel mi consegnano le chiavi della camera che era già libera. La camera era maleodorante con moquette e tappezzeria sporche. Lo sciacquone del bagno funzionava molto male, informata immediatamente la reception che ci ha cambiato camera ma la situazione era la stessa. Al termine del soggiorno sono andata a saldare perché avendo prenotato con booking si poteva pagare in seguito dando la carta di credito come garanzia al momento della prenotazione. La ragazza della reception mi consegna già lo scontrino datato 28 marzo, giorno della prenotazione senza neanche battere ciglio mi congeda. Ah...il riscaldamento non c'era. Era già stato chiuso. Freddo, odore ovunque e tappezzeria moquette sporche... Solo una notte ma non penso che ci tornerò.
