Fomos em família. Quarto muito bom, fiquei no super luxo (1003), meus pais no Luxo (1004)sem varanda( era menor). Achei ótimo que tinha microondas e pia fora do quarto, para mamadeira .Comida muito boa, os garçons eram maravilhosos, super educados e atenciosos. Banheiro produtos L’occitane. Massagem maravilhosa. Os poréns: chegamos e ficamos sem internet , nem Wi-Fi nem 4g por 4 dias. De tanto todo mundo brigar arrumaram. Teve festa num beach club próximo, foram 4 dias de música de balada alta a noite inteira, isso foi ruim demais. Estava difícil dormir. A recepcionista disse que é direto isso, eles ligam mas não muda nada. Falta um lanche da tarde, ou buffet, ou por cardápio mesmo, pois as crianças querem comer e no cardápio não tem nada.

Adoramos o hotel, quarto muito bom, café da manhã mto bom, comida do restaurante boa, os garçons são nota 10. Estrutura muito boa. Porém não tem wi-fi nem funciona 4 ou 3g. Na recepção funcionava um pouco. Mas nos quartos não funcionava nada. Queriamos assistir, as crianças jogar. Mas nada. Um hotel desse nível, nesse valor não dá né. Outra coisa que falta é opção de lanche da tarde, ou como buffet ou mesmo por pedido, principalmente porque é um lugar que aceita criança, eles pedem a tarde. Só para constar que estou no hotel , cheguei no domingo dia 28 (até tinha um casal de senhor brigando na recepção por conta disso qdo chegamos) e vou ficar até domingo dia 05

Experiência em família muito boa! Atendimento nota 1.000. No geral nós gostamos muito, recomendamos e esperamos voltar! Temos 2 pontos apenas que ficaram abaixo da nossa expectativa: 1- Roupa de cama excelente, mas a cama de casal era juntada e o meio muito desconfortável / marcado. 2- Pagamos um valor maior para ter vista para o mar, mas do nosso quarto (310) não dava para ver nada - muita árvore na frente. O 309 por exemplo era o mesmo valor e a vista completamente diferente, muito mais aberta e melhor.

Viagem perfeita! Sem palavras pra um hotel tão espetacular… quarto, restaurante, governação, restaurante ótimos! Música, piscina, praia deliciosos!!! Amei, amei! Estivemos no hotel de 1 a 7 de abril e só temos elogios. Hotel excelente, piscina muito agradável, café da manhã delicioso e restaurantes (praia e piscina) com um menu variado (exceto pela falta de frutas da região). Também utilizamos o SPA L’Occitane e tivemos um ótimo atendimento. Ressaltamos a acolhida da equipe recepção do Kuara, em especial Carla, Jhonatan, Cleuton, Silton, Ximena e Breno. Suas recomendações de passeios na região foram essenciais!

Lindo! Hotel boutique, pé na areia, com serviço excelente. O quarto é muito confortável e os serviços de bar e restaurante são ótimos. Piscina, sauna e spa. Ficamos num quarto com cama king size, o banheiro tinha dois chuveiros, e tínhamos uma varanda com uma linda vista da vegetação, pássaros e também uma paisagem obstruída do mar.
