The facilities are new, and the hotel is well maintained. It's just a rocky beach. It's close to the city center and has a first-class sea view.

Per un Hotel 5 stelle ci si aspetta di più. Le stanze ampie, domotiche, ma solo una finestrella per cambiare aria. Televisore grande ma posizionato in centro, non essendo girevole non è utilizzabile né dal divano, né dal letto. Pulizia scarsa. Poca luce in bagno, dopo l'intervento del tecnico (molto gentile) la luce led è cambiata per un paio di giorni per poi ritornare ad essere fioca. Il Buffet è per una clientela prettamente Inglese/Tedesca (disponibili spicchi d'aglio a colazione). Alla fine si mangia perché comunque ci sono molte cose. Ottima la cottura al momento di alcuni alimenti (anche se il cuoco mi ha chiesto quale cottura per il pollo preferissi!!!) Lo staff è gentile e sorridente. Comodo il parcheggio sotterraneo con forfait di 10 euro al giorno. Bello il ristorantino al 17esimo e ultimo piano con una bella vista. Servizio lento (ma credo sia perché sono in pochi). L'Hotel è situato in una zona centrale dell'isola, in 30-40 minuti si raggiunge l'estremo Nord o Sud.

Nous avons testé le spa pour un massage…et franchement l’expérience était décevante…tout d’abord on nous demande un supplément pour faire le massage dans la même cabine….deuxièmement du à leur filtre anti-uv, la cabine est grisâtre et triste. La musique durant le massage était triste aussi…quant au massage ayurvedique…il était passable sans plus….dommage…

Great Hotel, lovely comfortable room and sparkling clean, outstanding breakfast and truly friendly and helpful staff. Hotel Restaurants good. Arrecife town itself is really great best of both worlds a beach and cosmopolitan town with a real Spanish feel. We will be back!

The room I had was very spacious and comfortable if a little dated. Breakfast was fantastic and had something for every taste. The reception is very open plan and modern and the staff were very courteous and helpful. Can’t really say anything negative about the hotel as I was very happy.

Great location. Lovely pool area and bars with amazing breakfast. My husband celebrated his birthday and as a surprise we were left a bottle of fizz and cake in the room which was really nice.
