A very satisfying accommodation experience. The room was large enough and clean. The boss who arrived after 12 o'clock let us check in in advance and gave us a large bottle of milk. This is the first time I encountered a hotel with slippers in New Zealand. The view from the room is very good. It's a few minutes' walk to the town. It's very quiet at night. If the weather is good, you can watch the stars.

Divine pillows. Superior accommodation. Views and location to die for. Would have liked to stay longer. Dusting could have been a little more robustly done, and a strange finish to the bathroom benches - not sure the right cleaning products used?

Second time staying here and loved it more..especially as the autumn leaves were out in full glory. Stunning views. Plus is the accom was warm!! We stayed in the suite closest to the river and had a balcony. This is perfect if sunny and to chill out. Easy walk to the village and a fab cafe close by..the Dishery . The accom managers are responsive and unobtrusive. The furnishings and fit out is great and I think the rate is reasonable for the area. Amazing bath!! My brother and partner stayed in the smaller apt upstairs and that was delightful too. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay in Arrowtown. Gorgeous accommodation in nice quiet location. Big, modern space with lots of nice amenities - good kitchen, dining area, coffee maker, walk in shower, private parking. Easy 5 minute walk on path to old town. Owners very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We had a very nice, comfortable stay here. The room was extremely spacious, the bed was comfortable and the shower/bath very nice. The view of the fall foliage out the big picture window was really nice and it felt very private. The kitchen was well stocked. It's only a 5 min walk along a path through the trees and Chinese settlement area to get to town, so very convenient. We ate twice at The Fork and Tap and really liked the food and outdoor seating area (no reservations, you order at the bar and find a seat). Better by Bike is also close by for bike rentals (the Queenstown Trail/River Trail/Gibbston Trail is beautiful!). It was an easy short drive to the airport. We would definitely recommend staying here!

It was a great stay. The owner gave us a free upgrade for a night as it had become available. The room was amazing! We then moved to our originally booked room for the 2nd night which was also really good.
The views from the entire place was fantastic! And very convenient location to the main ***** of arrowtown as well.

Wow! what a great location, So close to Arrowtown, but so secluded and quiet. Arrowtown is a hidden gem and still so convenient to Queenstown.

The welcome from Dana was perfect - discreet and informative. On arriving in the room i was surprised by the space, design and facilities. The room was bigger than the web pictures show and the view from the two large picture windows out to the autumn/fall colours was lovely. The location of the hotel is a short 5 minute walk to Arrowtown where there is everything you could possibly need.
