Almost all night in noise environment and voice come from the kitchen of restaurant, but it's in Good location. So a good spare choice if other accomodations no vocation.

First, this is not really a hotel. Just some rooms on top of a bar and restaurant.
Staff said cannot find my booking at counter. They told the "Manager". But Manager not trying to help us. She went to do her own stuff.
After I asked what I am waiting, The "Manager" finally came but ask us when we book the hotel.
But later I found My name is on her booking excel actually. They just don't want to take care of us.

The hotel is located behind a bar/restaurant, and to check-in, you have to have someone behind the bar do the check-in. To get to the hotel rooms, you go through the hallway to the bathrooms and exit to the back of the building where our room was located. Although the room was clean, carpet was worn and felt unclean. No microwave, just a hot pot (not clean) to heat water. Small frig, some mugs, no utensils but there were standard hotel amenities like tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Window panes did not close tightly which allowed bugs to fly in. Best part was the location due to Arrowtown being only a twenty minute drive to Queenstown. Quirky little town with small shops to explore.

You’re right in the middle of the central part of Arrowtown, everything is on your doorstep. The hotel had a great open fire, in the bar area, old world charm

A comfy pub with a spacious dining room and North facing balcony, this unpretentious hotel serves good country fare. The roast lamb was so soft and generous in size with Harvey mint sauce and all the trimmings. Staff are great and a range of local wines and beers are served. A good option when you are “over” restaurant food
