Terrible experience, we booked 2 months ago and they never mentioned to us that the ski attractions were going to be closed and that's the only reason we came, it's a far away place, it's not like the photos, there's no snow since 2020, not even the ski slope has Snow so don't be fooled, the facilities are old and neglected. I recommend that if you go, you bring everything you need because in the little store they have everything is very expensive, an ultra simple domino game that you don't give more than $50 for is there for $290 pesos. The food is good but expensive. The waiter we had was friendly and explained more to us than the receptionist. I do not recommend it

It is far from being a 5 star hotel, terrible experience… the golf course was horrible, the ski slope was not in operation, instead they offered me a courtesy to play Ping Pong for 1 hour… it is a joke, I will never return!! Please don't waste your time or money here.

The room they gave me first was not the one I requested, since the one that was available in the app had a king size bed and they gave me one with 2 double beds; It also smelled a lot of food and the terrace was dirty: in the end they changed me to a king size room after I had to argue with the lady at the reception because she said that since it had been booked by ******* she couldn't do nothing about it, but in the end he agreed... the second room was also very dirty, the terrace, full of cigarette butts. The worst thing about the night is that even when you enter you sign a document that says that you should not have loud music, in the next room there were several people making a lot of noise, they were having a party with high volume, running and moving furniture; I reported them to reception and a gentleman told me that they were going to silence them but that never happened and the noise continued after 3 in the morning.... the next day I reported it and they only told me that they apologized but the bad night no one took it away from me... Overall it was a bad experience

The service was very good both at reception and in the restaurant, only by phone to ask for reports before arriving if it was very bad, the lady did not feel like answering questions and was very curt; The cabin is very nice and small but equipped with everything necessary for a small family, the pool area is good but it is starting to look deteriorated, we had breakfast at the restaurant and the dishes are a little expensive for what they are, There was no buffet that day. In general it is a very quiet and safe place to rest for a while from the city.

Excellent place to spend as a couple or with the family

The rooms do not have dark curtains and all the light comes in at night, making it difficult to rest with so much light at night. We reported twice to reception and the response was that nothing can be done until the next day and depending on the availability of dark curtains

The cabin is very nice and cozy, clean, comfortable bed. Beautiful views, delicious food. The games room in terrible condition, neglected and despite that from the second hour of use they charge you. Also the pool area very neglected. Very friendly staff.

Under no circumstances buy a timeshare membership as it is a fraud. They never answer the reservation phones for members and when they answer you they tell you that there is no availability for the next six months. It is better to book without being a member.
