Perfect location, friendly front desk staff, recommended to stay here for travellers !

We attended a family gathering and needed a place to sleep for a night. The place was convenient and cosy. Breakfast was included, which was really good thing.

It’s an older hotel It was clean the breakfast was nothing more then bad coffee and a packaged cake Air conditioning worked well Shower head is very low , so I had to bend my head over and squat down to wash my hair There are allot of steps here , so be carful if you have many bags and get a room on the first floor

Very clean and quiet. Staff Very friendly and nice. They take security Very seriously. Had a wonderful stay.

The room is well-equipped and clean. Parking is convenient and free. The circuits of the internal facilities are too old, the switches and hair dryers are broken. The sound insulation of the room is very poor. The person living next door stayed up all night and was talking on the phone. Can hear clearly

The room environment is very good and the price/performance ratio is very high

Property was decent. Bed was hard and extremely uncomfortable. I only stayed 1 night and had to get another hotel for the remaining of my stay. Property had old furniture sitting around the grounds.

Appears that they are under renovations during our stay there but will be a nice place once completed

Room was clean. More restaurants nearby. Decent complimentary breakfast. Overall nice experience.

We loved this hotel! It was super clean, comfy beds, tons of pillows. We got the 2 bedroom suite at a reasonable price! All the staff were super nice. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we come into town. Highly recommend. The only downsides were the parking lot is small, but we found a spot every night we were there for 3 nights. The second bedroom doesn't have a TV, but after fun at Knott's we didn't care much as we were so tired. Don't let the negative reviews talk you out of staying here, we found it very comfortable, accommodating and friendly.

Terrible customer service. Booked this place by accident and they refused to offer my money back or accommodate a change of date so that I could actually stay here. Instead they kept the money and refused to assist in the matter.

The room floor is so dusty including the window. The restroom is so dirty. Door knob in the restroom not working. Towels are now yellowish in color(needs to be teplaced). Restroom floor is also dusty. The Receptionist is not accommodating. In general… so awful😠

The property was in a bad area. There was razor wire on the back parking lot. Also was told by security to not park in front as a result of theft from cars.

It was ok. In the middle of reorganizing. Boxes and furniture in the hallways. Small Cockroaches in the bathroom.
