Staff is always friendly, rooms are pretty clean, pool has always been cold within the last year, and hot tub continues to be broke for over a year and seems to have no concern to get it fixed. We had no water for over an hour and a half and no hot water, no washing hands, no flushing toilets, etc..

great HOT breakfast, not just bagels & toast but had waffles, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy plus the usual cereal bagel, juice etc. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly & helpful.

The rooms were late being cleaned and ready for occupancy. They were out of body soap and hand soap. Had to use shampoo. Over all it was a positive stay. We would book again.
