Front desk could be a little more sensitive and allow me to check in around 09:00 am instead of 11:00 am due the flight delay. They expected to pay almost 50% of the rate of the room to be inside two hours earlier . The front desk manager could be a little more considerate das well since I check out at 10 pm , I wouldn’t be able to enjoy the breakfast in the next day , but they refuse to allow me to have breakfast in the check in day. Room is ok, and they have shuttle services to the airport. Dinner is almost and reasonable price .

The hotel has a very nice and comfortable room and all the items needed for a good stay, a excellent shower with a great volume of water and a excellent mixer.

A nice experience. Very friendly staff, especially Joe, who was really kind and friendly helped me a lot. I went for the breakfast buffet and he approached me so I told him I am vegan and he came with me and showed me what I can chose and he even told the chef to cook tapioca with veggies expecially for me. Thank you, Joe!

I was only one night at the hotel and I was very impressed with the reception education, very careful until they allowed me to stay longer at the check out, because the hotel was empty. I was impressed with the views, I was in the 13th floor room from the beach to see the mountains and the whole city of Mogi. The room is very clean, with cable TV, fog, pia ... ideal for anyone who wants to prepare a meal. I recommend that hotel very much and I want to come back soon.

Good communication with the hostel and the transfer driver, they could make a map showing were is the meeting spot to help, but the message with the reference was ok for me who speak Portuguese, Clean bedroom bathroom , they have a tv, wireless, towel and body soap. The crew is polite, friendly and helpful, they helped me to order food, change money and show me the breakfast room. Fair breakfast, 2 types of bread, ham, cheese, butter, hotdog sauce, cashew juice and coffee. It was a good experience.
